They contribute to impaired self-assessment and are a pattern of negative social behaviour, and consequently social and professional exclusion. Already 10 years ago the European Commission recognized that exclusion is a multidimensional process which makes young people socially marginalized and prevents them from participating in social, economic, political and cultural life! Therefore, the answer to the abovementioned problems is an intensive promotion of quality, innovation and recognition of work with young people 15+ at risk of social maladjustment and exclusion. The aim of the project is, among other things, to enrich the educational offer with new (innovative at the same time!) methods of work with trainers, which are not yet popular on the European market, as well as topics of personal, social and professional development which are attractive to young people - included in the ""FREE YOUR MIND"" - a comprehensive development programme. Therefore ""equipping"" young people aged 15+ with the necessary knowledge and soft competences to manage their personal potential to move independently and successfully in the labour market, this same overcoming skills inadequacy and exclusion, is considered necessary and desirable by the partnership.<< Objectives >>Thanks to the implementation of the project ""FREE YOUR MIND"" in the trilateral partnership: Poland, Macedonia and Portugal, it is possible to develop and introduce modern, European-applicable tools to stimulate the activity of persons 15 + at risk of social maladjustment and exclusion in social and professional life. Activities will be undertaken in the field of developing soft competences and interpersonal skills of young people. As well as measure to increase their motivation to undertake further professional and educational activity for the benefit of permanent social and professional inclusion. The most important for the partnership is to meet these challenges and create a new comprehensive educational offer (responding to the needs of the 2nd target group, which are the trainers) - THE ""FREE YOUR MIND"" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME consisting of 4 closely correlating and complementary modules:- A. TOOLBOOK FOR TRAINERS- B. DIGITAL LIBRARY FOR TRAINERS ENTITLED: ""BODY AND MOVEMENT IN WORKING WITH EMOTIONS""- C. BOARD GAME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE -. ""MILE CARD"".- D. TOOLBOOK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE with implemented resources for the mobile application ""Your move"", THE TRAINER/EDUCATOR TAKES ON THE ROLE OF TUTOR based on authenticity, involvement, acceptance and autonomy of each of the young participants in the programme.Work with the programme lasting about 3 months (30 workshop meetings) assumes a change of life attitude of the participating youth, protection against marginalisation and social maladjustment, acquisition of key social competences useful in studies, future work and personal development (i.e.: coping with stress, negative emotions, overcoming stereotypes, empowerment, positive communication, building self-esteem, release of own potential, involvement in social initiatives). The programme in module A will also include practical elements to ensure an adequate participation process for young people at risk of exclusion. And this is undoubtedly an important aspect in the work with this group of beneficiaries. Thanks to the combination and use of the modules of the above mentioned Programme in the workshop work with young people, the youth educator/tutor has rich content-related, methodical and activating resources at his disposal. Each scenario = workshop meeting will be prepared in such a way that the tutor can make own choice, flexibly complement it or change it with the known and available materials. The development of the aforementioned Programme for an active form of work with young people and its dissemination on the European market has, in our opinion, a high chance of success. In the innovation dimension there is the adaptation and multiplication of solutions that are known and proven in the country of each of the three partners. The results of the project focus on supporting youth education and combine the use of best practice workshops with self-development of young people using a mobile application. The 3 general thematic areas of equal access and entry to the labour market, inclusion of marginalised young people and social inclusion, promotion of equality and anti-discrimination are the core of the project ""FREE YOUR MIND"" and respond to the needs of the defined two target groups - young people 15+ at risk of social exclusion and youth trainers/educators and HR professionals undertaking educational and development activities for these young people.<< Implementation >>The key activities in the project will be:1. Setting up a website, FB and their moderation together with access to open the educational platform where all modules of the Development Programme -result of the project- will be implemented.2. Creation an animation to promote the developed programme FREE YOUR MIND"" and 3 professional articles - to be used during the campaign on social media, educational and coaching portals, etc.3. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of individual project activities, including ongoing, mid-term, final, qualitative evaluation - the impact of the project on the participants of the pilot workshops and dissemination .events.4. Evaluation of the external expert and external review of final products.5. Open recruitment of paricipants and the Conduct of a series of workshops with young people 15+ by each partner (after 20 pilot meetings with a group of 15 young people and 3 coaches) to test the method, refine the content and exercises to the intellectual and social abilities of young beneficiaries.6. Creating (in EN, PL, MK, PT languages) in partnership with the practical compendium of trainer's knowledge in the national languages of all members of the partnership - THE ""FREE YOUR MIND"" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME consisting of components such as:- TOOLBOOK FOR TRAINERS,- DIGITAL LIBRARY FOR TRAINERS ""BODY AND MOVEMENT IN DEALING WITH EMOTIONS"",- A BOARD GAME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ""MILESTONE CARDS"",- TOOLBOOK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN PDF VERSION AND MOBILE APPLICATION ""YOUR MOVE"".7. Conducting a total of 9 dissemination meetings of the developed project results: Development programme ""FREE YOUR MIND"" in each of the 3 countries for 225 participants: youth trainers, tutors, coaches and HR specialists.<< Results >>The outcomes developed by the project focus on supporting youth learning and combine the use of best practice workshops with self-development using a mobile app. Through by the developed scenarios (TOOLBOK FOR THE TRAINER), in cooperation with youth trainers, youth will develop social skills in themselves that would allow them to minimise perpetuating anti-social behaviour. The youth development workshops will also be enriched with body work that develops the ability to recognize, express and regulate emotions - a DIGITAL TRAINER'S LIBRARY WITH 15 FILMS. And also a PLAYGAME ""MILE CARD"", essential for working on emotions and improving the ability to name and express emotions. The MOBILE APPLICATION (with the TOOLBOOK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE implemented) will enable them to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the workshops, work on self-development and involvement in their own lives (proactivity). The ""Your move"" mobile application will also make it possible to reach the representatives of the iGEN generation with practical advice and examples presented in a very practical form of ""e-pills of knowledge"". Thanks to the impact of the above-mentioned results an increase of awareness for positive changes, self-confidence, motivation of young people 15+ regarding their future integration into society and the labour market in a united Europe is expected. The results of the activities in the project will provide new methods, tools and materials ideally suited to the new challenges of the EU Growth Strategy 2021-2027, which aims to develop: an economy based on knowledge and innovation and a high-employment economy delivering social and territorial cohesion, including inclusive growth. The partnership also assumes that through the impact of the project and sharing its results there will be an increase in social awareness of the need to increase social professional activity of young people 15+ at risk of social maladjustment by promoting social and professional reintegration of young people at risk of social exclusion, including the promotion of the benefits of employing young people among businesses."

The exclusion results from not adjusting to modern labour market, workers’ not investing in personal development, perceiving one’s actions as meaningless, feeling less involved and motivated to undergo a change. As a result, workers aged 55+ are often facing the necessity of performing work that is below their ambition and qualifications (or they resign/give up completely); there’s stress, professional burn-out, the values that constitute a pillar for acting and coming to a decision in life are forgotten. To approach those problems we need wise, adjusted to the ever changing reality, education in wok-place as well as to create conditions for employees’ 55+ development. In the process of the change it is important to tailor the work tasks to the performed function (job crafting). It is also essential that emloyees 55+ experience physical, emotional or cognitive effort invested in the work (wellbeing). The partnership between 3 nongovernment organizations, with different scope of activity (Poland – Hungary – Norway), is thoroughly prepared to develop complex solutions for specific needs and abilities of particular target groups. Therefore the main object of the partnership is to enhance professional potential of coaches and HR workers by operating in innovative developmental project allowing employees aged 55+ to learn how to trigger and increase professional involvement by focusing on internal sources of motivation. Most important parts of the project are the actions aimed at involving workers 55+ in initiatives that introduce changes to their work, using their own assets, strengths and qualifications. As a result they should feel more in control (not only professionally) of their lives which should enhance their further development and professional activity. The project will result in developing and distributing a program, which includes three stages of cooperation with people aged 55+: DISCOVERING – ACTIVITY – EMPOWERMENT. Stage I – DISCOVERING, that means diagnosis. Starting the process, entering the program means identifying a level of satisfaction in employees 55+, their values (HR specialists/coaches can use dedicated tools, prepared in frames of the project). The desired effect is to create together a Map of Personal Change, that should show particular areas of work, exercises for individual or group training. Stage II – ACTIVITY, training to change. That means intensive, efficient, individual approach in working on areas that the participant decides to change, with the support of their coach/HR specialist. It contains 48 SCRIPTS FOR CLASSES: includes innovative methods, techniques and tools used in non-formal education enhancing personal development of people aged 55+, based on the best developed practices and new, first introduces activities. The scripts include, among others: building responsibility for undertaken tasks, team work, working on values, how to express one’s thoughts to be understood, communication between generations, sense of meaning, motivating as well as enhancing workers’ involvement, techniques that protect employees aged 55+ from professional burn-out, important rules for triggering high energy levels in 55+ workers, overcoming barriers and motivating. Furthermore, the project should be completed with multimedia material, 30 video workshops on “Mindfulness as a way to improve quality of life and work”. Each film is a 10 minute lesson, containing VO instructions from the coach. Those individual attention trainings exercise mind and are dedicated to people aged 55+ who would like to learn how to manage stress and negative emotions. The training should be also helpful in depression prophylaxis among preretirement population. Stage III – EMPOWERMENT, CASE STUDY – four good practices in working with people over 55 years old, taking into account job crafting and wellbeing, based on how Norwegian companies operate. Instead of empty marketing slogans, we show a real situation that can be confirmed by the third party. The experiences are for the coach/HR specialist to get inspired and implement interesting suggestions to their own work. Authenticity, storytelling and pictures are also an important asset. Partnership finds it crucial for the participants to take part in open pilot meetings, in process of assessment, in evaluation of reached results, in open discussions with the teams managing the project and in promotional/distribution meetings. The results of the project should bring new methods, tools and materials that perfectly correlate with new challenges for UE strategies in aid of growth from 2010 to 2020, which includes development of economy based on knowledge and innovation.

This exclusion is the result of long-term social isolation associated with the pandemic and, consequently, the failure to adapt to the requirements of the contemporary market based on new technologies, the abandonment of investment in the personal development of the employee, the feeling of meaninglessness, a decrease in commitment and motivation to change. This state of affairs contributes to impaired self-esteem and, as a result, social and professional exclusion of people 55+. Already 10 years ago the European Commission recognized that exclusion is a multidimensional process pushing people 55+ to the social margin and preventing them from participation in social, economic, political and cultural life! The factors indicated by oshwiki.eu as the biggest difficulty in working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic were the lack of social contacts, isolation in the work environment and differences in communication of multigenerational teams. Lack of proper preparation of the work environment for people 55+ carries a huge risk of another crisis manifesting itself: a sense of lack of understanding, professional and social alienation and absenteeism related to the lack of psychological well-being of the employee. The partnership formed by 4 NGOs, with different types of activities (Poland - Spain - The Netherlands - Greece), is prepared to develop, through the exchange of experiences and good practices, tailored to the needs and opportunities of the selected 2 target groups (people 55+ and HR trainers/specialists). However, in order to get the most benefit from the support programme, three criteria are essential: an idea, a strategy and a vision. Therefore, the partnership's answer to these problems is to develop a wise educational programme, adjusted to the changing reality, to be implemented in the workplace (environment) of people 55+<< Objectives >>Thanks to the implementation of the ""SWITCH ON"" project in 4 partnerships: Poland, Spain, Holland, Greece, it will be possible to develop and introduce modern, applied on the European ground tools stimulating activity of persons 55 + threatened with exclusion in social and professional life. Actions will be taken to develop soft competencies and interpersonal skills of this group of recipients in the work environment. As well as activities raising their motivation to undertake further professional and educational activity for the benefit of permanent social and professional inclusion. The most important for the partnership is to meet these challenges and create a new comprehensive educational offer (response to the needs of the target group of trainers) - the educational and development program ""SWITCH ON"". consisting of 3 closely correlating and complementary modules:E - COURSEBOOK for trainers consisting of 3 modules:MODULE A. GUIDELINES FOR TRAINERS' WORK MODULE B. 30 LESSON SCENARIOS MODULE C. CASE STUDY and 2 original development tools: ""POWER BOX"" and - E - GAME ROOM, where the TRENER/EDUCATOR TAKES THE ROLE OF TUTOR based on the authenticity, involvement, acceptance and autonomy of each of the program participants.Work with the program lasting about 3 months (30 workshop meetings) assumes a change in the life attitude of the participating persons 55 + they will acquire the necessary knowledge and soft competencies needed to manage their personal potential, increase self-esteem, increase the level of competence in communication in a team of diverse generations. The program in Module A will also include practical elements ensuring adequate participation of people 55+ at risk of exclusion in professional and social life. This is undoubtedly an important aspect in working with this group of beneficiaries. Thanks to the combination and use of the Program modules in the workshop work with adults, the educator / HR professional has at his disposal rich substantive, methodical and activating resources. Each scenario = workshop meeting will be prepared in such a way, that a tutor will be able to make his/her own choice, flexibly supplement it or change it with materials known and available to him/her. Development of the above mentioned Program for active form of work with people 55+ and its dissemination on the European market gives, in our opinion, a good chance of success. The innovation dimension involves the adaptation and multiplication of solutions that are known and proven in the country of each of the 4 partners. The results of the project are focused on supporting the education of people 55+ and combine the use of best practices of workshops with the self-development of mature people using activation tools. 3 general thematic areas: social inclusion, promotion of equality and antidiscrimination, digital skills and competences, new methods in teaching and learning - are the axis of the project ""SWITCH ON"" and respond to the needs of two defined target groups - PERSONS 55+ at risk of social exclusion and trainers/educators and HR personnel undertaking educational and development activities for this group.<< Implementation >>The key activities in the project will be:1. setting up a website, FB and their moderation together with access to an open educational platform where all modules of the Development Programme -result of the project- will be implemented.2. creation of an animation promoting the developed programme ""SWITCH ON"" and 4 professional articles - to be used during the campaign in social media, educational and coaching portals, etc.3. ongoing monitoring and evaluation of individual project activities, including ongoing, mid-term, final, qualitative evaluation - the impact of the project on the participants of the pilot workshops and dissemination events4. external expert evaluation and external review of final products5. open recruitment of participants and conducting a series of workshops with people 55+ by each partner (10 pilot meetings with 10 persons group of 55+ and 3 trainers) in order to test the method, refine the content and exercises to the intellectual and social capabilities of beneficiaries 55+.6. creating (in EN, PL, ESP, NLD, GRC) in cooperation with the partnership a practical compendium of the trainer's knowledge in national languages of all partnership members - THE ""SWITCH ON"" PROGRAM.Conducting in total 8 dissemination meetings of the developed project results: Development programme ""SWITCH ON"" in each of the 4 countries for 280 participants: trainers, tutors, coaches and HR specialists.<< Results >>The deliverables developed in the project (E - COURSEBOOK for trainers) focus on supporting the learning of 55+ people in the work environment and combine the use of best workshop practices with self-development using proprietary activation tools: ""POWER BOX"" and E - GAME ROOM. Thanks to the impact of the above-mentioned results it is expected to increase awareness of positive changes, self-confidence, motivation of people 55+ concerning their future in the integration of society and the labour market in the united Europe. The results of the project activities will provide new methods, tools and materials ideally suited to the new challenges of the EU growth strategy for 2021-2027, which aims to develop an economy based on knowledge and innovation and a high level of employment ensuring social and territorial cohesion, including inclusive growth. The partnership also assumes that through the impact of the project and sharing its results there will be an increase in public awareness of the need to increase social professional activity of people 55+ at risk of exclusion by promoting social and professional reintegration, including the promotion of the benefits of employing people 55+ among businesses."

The gender gap and structural barriers persist in many areas. In fact, according to the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), no member state has yet achieved full gender equality and progress is expected to be slow. Member states scored an average of 67.4 out of 100 in the 2019 EU Gender Equality Index, a score that has improved by only 5.4 points since 2005. The economic crisis has accentuated inequality, increasing the number of groups vulnerable to social exclusion. Now, marginalisation is no longer only caused by specific situations, such as unemployment, poor health conditions or low education. As Castel (2014) points out, the traditional risk groups (immigrant women, the disabled, those with low qualifications or victims of gender violence, etc.) are now joined by people who, until now, have been able to integrate into society and go from having been able to manage their lives to feeling the uncertainty of a future they cannot control. Social disadvantage has become a problem that has economic, social, psychological and cultural dimensions that cannot be separated. Thus, lack of social, economic, political and cultural participation also has psychological and emotional impacts, as part of a comprehensive state of mental, social and occupational health, on groups at greater risk of social exclusion (Escarbajal, Izquierdo and López, 2014).NEEDS: Faced with this situation, the trend in professional practice in the field of social services is to guide their actions with a comprehensive, person-centred and interdisciplinary approach. In this line, physical activity and corporal expression come into play, whose effects on self-esteem are scientifically proven thanks to the generation of dopamine, serotonin, endorphin and oxytocin, neurotransmitters linked to motivation, joy and personal satisfaction, as well as an antidote to depression. In addition, the development of physical activity tends to strengthen interpersonal relationships and expand the social circle of individuals, generating conversations and routines as a therapeutic element and female empowerment, as they allow women to signify their experiences, life processes and their evolution. Therefore, we can understand physical activity and bodily expression as a vehicle for change, reconstruction, organic phenomenon and encounter with oneself, constituting a mechanism of expression of our perceptual systems (Malchioni, 2010).Empowerment is a concept linked to self-esteem in the sense that it confers a pride in oneself, a sense of being able to do and is therefore inextricably linked to the level of personal self-esteem. For women, empowerment means taking control of their lives, defining their own path and gaining the ability to do things that reaffirm their identity. Together with the therapeutic power of physical activity and corporal expression, coaching and emotional intelligence hace also proved to be a key area in personal development and empowerment processes, establishing strategies for change, reinforcing self-concept and building healthy self-esteem by improving emotional management and reframing situations that have generated undesired results. Both actions (coaching and corporal expression) have also proved to be highly complementary tools due to their strong social and integration factor for groups at risk of exclusion.TARGET GROUP- Women aged 30-50 at risk of social exclusion- Professionals of sport, physical activity or body expression<< Objectives >>EMPACT wants to generate a positive impact on the target group through the development of an improvement in their living conditions based on emotional and psychological health, from which to rebuild a better personal and economic situation for their full integration as major players in European society. For this reason and because of the figures mentioned above, this project needs to be carried out in a transnational way, so that the European Union becomes clearly aware of the difficult situation of women at risk of exclusion and incorporates them as elements of value and decision making.THE OVERALL GOAL is to improve the emotional and psychological health of women at risk of exclusion and belonging to disadvantaged groups, empowering them and increasing their self-esteem and self-concept through coaching, emotional intelligence, physical activity and corporal expression as a therapeutic and social integration element:1 - Emotional management, to develop their ability to manage emotions and introduce new habits into their lives that reinforce their self-confidence and self-esteem.2 - Coaching, to create an action plan to help them apply their new emotional management skills through medium and long-term objectives.3 - Body expression, to help them use the most natural and instinctive means of identifying emotions. Through movement we allow all the emotional blockages that we do not consciously dare to recognise to come to the surface. The connection with the body is the complement is an effective resource of empowerment. On the other hand, the specific objectives of EMPACT are the following ones:- To give visibility to the group of women at risk of social exclusion.- To raise awareness of their problems and their weight in European society.- Empower women at risk of social exclusion from an emotional and corporal perspective as therapeutic elements.- To work on disinhibition, spontaneity and possible bodily blockages. - To discover one's own body and feel at ease with it. - To boost the self-esteem of the target group. - To experience the great expressive richness of our body and give a voice to the target group.- Enabling reconciliation with one's own body: moving from self-destructive behaviour to constructive behaviour.- Discovering the other and in the other support, trust, reinforcement as basic elements of a good relationship. - To introduce relaxation and body massage techniques that help to have experiences of peace, serenity and well-being with oneself implementing coaching and emotional intelligence techniques in their sessionsThe vision we have for our project is to generate a comprehensive training programme that offers women at risk of exclusion the means to empower themselves, to enhance their skills, to discover how not to remain in the situation they are in and how to bring about significant changes in themselves and in their lives.<< Implementation >>Project is divided into 2 types of work packages:1.
