Main project results can be summarized as follows:1)SMEs increased awareness level about technology transfer processes at transnational level;2)Training&Service Providers increased knowledge about how to simplify technology transfer processes;3)available training (including competence profile, training course structure, content and self-enrollment E-learning platform);4)increased capacity of the educational/training/service side to respond to educational/training needs with a more close to market and understandable language;5)participation of the governance level&VET System actors to the information and awareness raising initiatives;6)increased knowledge about how developed training can be transformed & readapted according to technological trends and SMEs needs(and how formal VET training course can be anchored to more situational learning settings based on SMEs daily operations);7)achieving of a good collaboration between partners;8)harmonization of know-how transfer between them and familiarity with cultural specifics of involved countries. The impact of our short-term activities was to raise awareness of the need to develop such a business within companies, creating a win-win collaboration. In a long terms perspective the project aims at creating a winning cooperation mechanism between training&educational system and European SMEs which will contribute to adopt transnational technology transfer as a means to accelerate growth and development.A major benefit consisted in observing the enthusiasm and satisfaction of the contacted stakeholders in finding the solution to solve the problem they had been struggling with for a long time, namely surviving on a market dominated by the big companies.

"General OverviewMARHER's objective is to identify key competences of a new professional, innovative and creative figure, able to make the most out of values and stories: the Heritage Marketer Heritage Marketing can take a fundamental role, connecting our past to the future. Valorising Corporate Heritage does not mean simply telling stories but ""communicating through stories"", that is, creating narrative universes through which a company enters into an emphatic relationship with people, managing to arouse emotions in public. Markets are increasingly becoming narrative arenas where, alongside the intrinsic quality of products, the ability of brands and companies to know how to evoke a universe of stories, traditions and values (cultural and ethical) is fundamental to stand out among the competitors. Therefore, being able to craft stories and portraying company values is becoming a crucial skill to master to exert an attractive value towards increasingly attentive and aware customers. Project Objectives1) Definition of a NEW PROFESSIONAL FIGURE: the Heritage Marketer2) Creative and INNOVATIVE TRAINING, able to support SMEs to promote, in terms of marketing and brand reputation, their own history and their brands and products- Enhancing competences in order to develop the Heritage Marketer figure;- Creating a training course on strategies and tools for Heritage Marketing, problems and solutions linked to heritage marketing and corporate storytelling- Creating training focused on narratology and corporate reputation, corporate traditions, heritage valorisation. 3) IMPROVE EMPLOYABILITY of low-skilled and unemployed and recently graduated who, in the periodic employment rankings of recent graduates, are systematically in the last positions. Improve unemployed people's chance to compete in the job market.4)IMPROVE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF EU COMPANIES by enhancing what characterizes and differentiates Europe from other continents and markets: its secular history.Interested Target GroupsThe project wants to elaborate on new teaching materials aimed at three crucial components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem: young potential entrepreneurs, professionals within business support organizations (accelerators, incubators, development agencies) and current entrepreneurs. Intellectual Outputs OverviewIO1 includes a GEOGRAPHICAL MAP of Europe to show users simple sheet describing best cases of Marketing valorisation, the storytelling of corporate stories and tradition applied to enterprises in EU in order to use them as show-cases of heritage marketing potential at local/national and international level. It will aim at showing different practices and supporting potential participants in advancing their professional development. Moreover, the consortium will gather open access information on which of the existing models have been implemented in order to successfully apply storytelling in SMEs. IO2 is the definition of the guidelines for a skill-set of fundamental competences for the new figure of the Heritage Marketer’s CV. Skills-set means here a combination of hard and soft skills that are necessary to build a series of competences, knowledge and skills useful for the Heritage Marketer to work properly on content to boost brands, products and services. The guidelines for the skills-set will have as a basis the competences identified by the most recent studies on heritage storytelling, heritage valorisation for content production.IO3 will consist of the creation of a module learning for the definition of hard and soft skills that are fundamental for the new Heritage Marketing figure. From the point of view of the learning activities, the module will be based on case studies of Heritage valorisation analysis of European firms collected during the project (IO1). The final assessment at the end of the module will consist of the evaluation of a heritage content produced by the students, replacing more traditional methods of assessment (questionnaires, essays etc.)"

<< Background >>Digital literacy, together with literacy and numeracy, is nowadays seen as a fundamental asset whose lack is considered to be almost invalidating. Almost every day new digital technologies are developed or evolve from existing ones, changing human behavior in social, educational, working and many other fields. The pace at which innovation moves is so fast that it leaves behind some portions of the population, especially older population groups or the people that for some reason left their studies at an early age. Nevertheless, even in highly educated population groups digital knowledge is often at a very low or inexistent level. One of the fields that has undergone an exceptional amount of changes caused by this phenomenon called DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, is labor field, in which the ever-growing use of digital technologies is creating the risk for some sectors to be left behind and to become obsolete and outdated.<< Objectives >>OFFSET intends to foster the acquisition of digital and entrepreneurial skills for handcrafting entrepreneurs and handicraftsmen, affecting both the educational and digital society themes of the “Europe 2020 Strategy” COM(2010) 2020 final, and following the indications given by the “Digital Education Action Plan” COM(2018) 22 final. To achieve what stated above, OFFSET will respond to the following general and specific objectives:GENERAL OBJECTIVE:- Facilitate the passage through the digital transformation for handcrafting entrepreneurs (present and potential), making them able to use digital skills and transforming them into digital artisans, through their participation to VET trainings.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:1 - Train the trainers: Producing a collection of best practices and educational materials to fill digital and entrepreneurial knowledge gaps for handcrafting VET trainers and business coaches 2 - Create/enhance handcrafting entrepreneurs’ digital and entrepreneurial skills and competencies3 - Improve the awareness of present handcrafting entrepreneurs and investors on the possibilities offered by digital technologies and instruments implementation in handcrafting sector<< Implementation >>OFFSET project includes 4 Work Packages, namely:Work Package 1 - Project managementA1.1 Financial GuidelinesA1.2 Partner AgreementsA1.3 Communication Board IdentificationA1.4 Selection of TargetsA1.5 Monitoring and Evaluation PlanA1.6 Project ReportingA1.7 Conflict resolutionsA1.8 Planning of Future MeetingsWork Package 2 - Communication and DisseminationA2.1 Communication and Dissemination planA2.2 Communication templates and graphicsA2.3 Project websiteA2.4 Communication an Dissemination activitiesWork Package 3 - Development of Project Result 1: OFFSET – Training Course MaterialA3.1 Creation of course content: Digitalized Business - Handcrafting. "The project TRANSITION wishes to create and innovate teaching materials aimed at three crucial components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem: potential startup founders, entrepreneurial trainers/coaches working in business support organizations(accelerators, incubators, development agencies) and current entrepreneurs. These three categories need to be up to date with innovative technology trends and Blockchain is probably the one tech revolution that most probably will change all the aspects of the business world forever. All three actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem must take part in the digital evolution of processes (production, certification, payment, delivery, etc.) thus the adoption of Digital Ledger technologies and Blockchain among these categories will affect the system in three complementary ways: 1) Potential entrepreneurs will integrate a general and fundamental knowledge of entrepreneurship skills and competencies (Second Intellectual Output) while at the same time being acquainted with the new opportunities offered by this new technology to start a new business following this trend or integrating the technology into their own idea. 2) Current entrepreneurs will enlarge their opportunity horizon about what DLTs can do for their current business, improving the versatility and growth capability of the enterprise ecosystem.3) Entrepreneurial trainers and coaches will have new teaching material to better train their startups/young entrepreneurs, causing this improvement in knowledge to resonate not only on people already committed to starting a business but also toward the future generation of startup founders. The project will produce three outputs, namely:IO1 - Blockchain Knowledge SpaceIt will be a structured repository of useful ""knowledge items"" concerning Blockchain, both as a technology and as an application in the different business areas.Items will be divided by different parameters: type of item (i.e. article, academic paper, MOOC, etc.) language, difficulty level(Basic, intermediate, advanced. Difficulty level of each item will be assessed by the scientific committee) and any other parameter will be deemed useful by the consortium. The BKS will have a manual filter to select the most interesting items for the user by selecting one or more of the aforementioned parameters.O2 Entrepreneurial Starter SetThe Entrepreneurial Starter Set will be the foundation for the training course to align anyone interested in the fundamental competencies to develop when starting a business. This will be a general purpose part of the training material produced by this project, specially produced for potential entrepreneurs to make sure they can foster or refresh a very well defined skill set to survive when making their first step on the market. O3 The Blockchain Entrepreneur KitThe output will be the core activity of the scientific partners of TRANSITION who, along with the VET provider, will design and elaborate the training materials concerning Blockchain for startup coaches / Entrepreneurial trainers, current and new entrepreneurs. The teaching/training materials will give a different take on who is the main target of the teaching/training effort by training the trainers, empowering their ability to grow startups and help startup owners from the very beginning to the potential accession to markets. Current entrepreneurs, on the other hand, will be encouraged to learn how blockchain is used and how they could use it to improve or reshape completely their business model."
