A question about know-how of effective and successful transmission of ideas from the world of science to practice was a key issue for the project preparation and realisation. The project addresses the national and international needs of staff qualifications enhancement. The main project goal is elevation of qualifications by improvement of knowledge, skills and competences of people in charge of organisation and execution of educational services within the agricultural sector. The target group of the project is not large in numbers, but activity of these people has a vast impact on the whole agricultural sector. Raising qualifications of employees engaged into realization of trainings, conferences or seminars effects in higher level of ""products"", which they provide. As the final result, the recipients of the educational services receive offer, which is better fitted to their needs and more suitable to their expectations. The successful transfer of educational know-how exemplified by good practices brings amelioration in trainings level, innovations in the substantive matters as well as the forms of the educational processes bring enhancement of qualifications of trainees, which is further reflected in standards of activities and projects undertaken by participants of educational services . The extended impact on economy, legislation, ecology and welfare enforces a constant care of increment within capabilities of institutions and people engaged in educational activities. The project realisation impacted the most staff of each partner, including personnel responsible for organisation and execution of educational services, scientists, the institutions' management bodies (target groups of the project). The higher the qualifications of staff involved in the provision of educational services, the better trainings and higher levels of trainees and their impact on the wider environment. The second objective of the project was to establish the network for mutual contact of scientists and employees of engaged institutions. The network provides smooth flow of information, ideas and inspirations between partners of the project as well as potential new members joining the multilateral teamwork. Additional value of the project are personal contacts, which are always the root of further successful cooperation. All activities predicted for the project life time (14 months) were done and properly implemented. There were no delays in the project schedule (which is reckoned as a success itself considering a very tight calendar during the project)."

Western European countries in this respect are much better developed than the countries of Eastern Europe. The subject of agricultural RES plants is developing very fast in Eastern Europe. According to the need analyses conducted before project and noticing this fact during project implementation there is a very strong interest in small plants of agricultural farmers. That’s why we have elaborated high quality of the training materials to disseminate knowledge on agricultural RES plants. The project has been dedicated for farmers and residents of rural areas. The project products consist of the curriculum and interactive e-learning course which is available online and consist of the 7 modules on the topics of RES, with the introductory module at the beginning. The structure of the curriculum and the training content gives competences of the professionals from agriculture (farmers) VET teachers of agricultural school on the high level. Training course consists of following modules: Module 0 - Introduction - basic information about the RES Module 1 - ""Wind energy"" Module 2 - ""Water energy"" Module 3 - ""Solar energy "" Module 4 - ""Geothermal energy "" Module 5 - ""Biomass energy"" Module 6 - ""Biogas energy"""

The ban on food antimicrobial agents has drawn a lot of attention to the use of probiotics to produce safe food and protect consumers' health. With the appearance of new antibiotic resistance strains, probiotic strains are gaining popularity in both medical and livestock sectors. There is no structured curriculum on the issues discussed that will lead to an awareness of the need for decisive action in the direction of health, of both animals and consumers. The main objective of the project is the successful transfer of educational know-how, presented through good practices, which will improve the knowledge, skills and competence of the people responsible for organizing and delivering educational services within the agricultural sector. The project targets are administrative officials, scientists, researchers and supervisory staff responsible for setting up and delivering professional training to farmers, agricultural advisers, high school teachers, and people in close contact with animals as workers on the farm, slaughterhouses, feed manufacturers and feed additives, animal breeders associations. The main beneficiaries of the project are the people responsible for the creation of training, training plans, training programs / curriculum, receiving funds and search for new methods of training. The second objective of the project is to create a network for mutual contact between scientists and staff of partner institutions. The network will provide a seamless flow of information, ideas and inspiration between project partners, as well as potential new members joining multilateral teamwork and will be the basis for future collaborative work on projects and exchange of scientists. The direct target group / staff members of the partner organizations / of project is not large in number, but the activity of these people has a huge impact on the whole livestock sector. As a final result, the recipients of the education services / indirect target group - farmers, veterinarians, agricultural advisers, high school teachers / receive knowledge that meets their needs and expectations. The curriculum and online e-learning platform will provide two training methods - synchronous and asynchronous. There will also be a two-level mobile application for trainers and trainees. The curriculum structure and curriculum content will be innovative and will provide competences to both project participants and the indirect target group. The online platform will enable participants to actively participate in problem identification, discussion and dissemination of best practices. The platform will provide preservation of the presentations and videos of the seminars. As a result of the implementation of the project, they will enhance their skills and enhance international cooperation within a network through institutional and personal contacts.Comparison of experience and methodologies used by partners is a key point in the activities undertaken during the project life. The exchange of practical knowledge, opinions, observations and good practices will lead to mutual progress and we hope to develop new solutions. Although the aim of the project is not developing innovations, but to create a network for the exchange of good practices, cooperation is expected to lead to adjustments and improvements to the processes used in animal husbandry and to increase the knowledge, skills and competence of the staff involved. The transfer of educational know-how by identifying good practices in the field of educational services is the main outcome of the project. The idea for enhancing the qualification and transfer of know-how will be disseminated throughout the project and after the completion of the project. The online platform as the most sustainable impact will be attractive to other scientific institutions and / or advisory structures. It will serve as a smooth flow of information, ideas and inspiration for further work and to realize collaborative research strategies. The online platform with its accumulation of contacts and ideas will also be a target for dissemination among the additional target group of the project, ie. scientific staff of other research and training institutions in the country as well as on international level. The focal point of all activities is the comparison and sharing of the situation in the field of educational services in the livestock sector. The added value of the project will be the new personal contacts, which are always the basis of further successful cooperation.
