<< Objectives >>The project aims to improve the employability of young people and reduce the youth unemployment rate in Spain and Greece, especially fostering inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Knowing the experience of young people and companies in the labor market, we will be able to empower young people through specific training for them, which will also favor their digital education as it will be online. With the project we want to send a message of optimism to young people.<< Implementation >>We will start the project with a research with young people and companies to learn about their experience and expectations and identify areas of work. Then, we will elaborate a transversal training focused on soft skills to offer it to any young person regardless of their circumstances. Once it is done, we will make a pilot test to test and correct it. All this will be accompanied by a website and constant communication to reach as many young people as possible.<< Results >>Thanks to the project we will obtain training with a practical orientation so that young people can improve their employability by working on their own skills. In addition, we will elaborate a research report with the information obtained in surveys and interviews with young people and companies. All this will be published on the project website. Other results will be the communication plan and the communication report, the coordination materials, etcetera.

The Hole In The Sock Refocus project was created in the minds of young people who created the idea and name in 2011. Their motivation was a meeting with migrants from Somalia and Syria, whom they met in London during the implementation of The Hole In The Sock Of Emigration project in exile in 2016, who co-created the previous design. The stories they learned about the drama of escaping from war, the problem of assimilation in a new society in England and how despite these difficulties these young people are doing very well in adulthood. That is why this time the youth undertook to implement the subject of the refugee problem, finding support in organizations supporting youth initiatives and providing assistance to the needy. The goal set by the initiative group is to create a film as an educational tool, thanks to which they will be able to provide the whole world with the knowledge they have gained but also a picture of the problem seen through their eyes. A picture without distortion and stereotypes as they see it, feel it and understand it. This project is to be not only a tool for the development of the implementing group, but also to help children and youth struggling with the problem of refugee thanks to the opportunity given to them to convey their thoughts and emotions to the world by co-creating our project and a tool for global education on this difficult problem.

Southern Europe is in crisis. All aspects of society are in decline: economy, politics, values... These multiple crises generate a feeling of hopelessness among young people, but also a need to get involved in solving them. Is spreading the idea that we have to be young people who collectively build fair solutions to social problems that affect us. However, we are missing an instruction manual , a roadmap to guide us in this process. Many times we are orphans of models to inspire us in achieving a more democratic and participatory society. That's why it's so necessary to create vehicles for exchanging ideas and experiences among countries that share similar crisis.DREAMOCRAZY is a project of 13 months duration that seeks to respond to this need by creating a common strategy between associations from Spain, Portugal and Greece. This strategy will pivot on the promotion of youth participation by using liquid democracy as a model and as a methodology . We aim to create and share tools that enable youth of our respective local communities to visualize a process of social change and feel involved in it. For that we'll work closely in organizing local actions that serve to motivate and empower youth in order to cause the change.Locally, each partner will coordinate an online newspaper run by a group of at least five young people that collects local news with a youth point of view, expressing proposals and concerns that affect to our generation. In the same way will produce three documentaries that collect inspiring examples of youth participation in each of the partner countries. This local work will have international relevance since in going to be monitored and will receive advice from the other partners. We'll facilitate the exchange of experience by translating each of the the project results to several languages and by disseminating them. Also is planned the creation of a mobile application that, in a fresh and interactive way, will introduce different concepts related with youth participation. As a result of the project arise transnational synergies that will enhance the quality and impact of our actions on youth empowerment and help to strengthen an international network promoting liquid democracy.

The main objective of the project is to get young people to develop key skills for their future through creativity and the arts, in this case musical arts and crafts, since on the one hand they will be able to manufacture recycled instruments from waste all kinds, and on the other they will learn to play these instruments with basic notions of music theory so that they can get involved in projects related to music and culture. In addition, they will be trained with the knowledge, tools and skills necessary to empower them to verse and may be able to start their own entrepreneurship projects related to music and recycled instruments, as well as skills on dissemination of results, management of social networks, promotion of their projects and products and visibility of their creations through the creation of attractive and stimulating videos that get the maximum number of young people to reach out in a way that can create a multiplier effect. This way we will promote business education and social entrepreneurship activities using a raw material considered garbage today, so they will not need large investments of money to carry out their projects. In fact, in addition to promoting the reuse of waste and setting up their own businesses with them, they will also be helping the environment and collaborating to mitigate the effects of current consumption habits that lead us to use and dispose of without thinking about the consequences that this has. for the Planet.Last but not least, with this project, young people from various countries will create a community of recycled instrument artisans with whom they will make a series of connections after meeting during project activities, which will unite them in a very special way, as that they will not only share the artisan part of making recycled instruments, but also for the musical part they will have a unique connection that we hope will lead them to create their own projects, give each other support and share the successes and failures of their endeavors as world artisans of the music industry. The specific objectives are:1. Enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of young people and empower them with the necessary training (theory, tools, skills) to start their own projects on recycled instruments.2. Strengthen the capacities of youth and associated organizations in the field of digitizing entrepreneurial and creative activities in the artistic and cultural field.3. Promote and offer opportunities for socio-labor integration and entrepreneurship among youth, especially among disadvantaged groups and at risk of exclusion.4. Increase the capacities of associations and youth workers to disseminate, promote and make projects visible through current social networks, web pages and audiovisual material.5. Create a European solidarity network of strategic alliances on art and culture that can lead to the creation of new projects, tools and resources available in open source. This project will have a positive impact at all levels. At the level of the participants, the developed and advanced digital competencies and the knowledge and skills for the development and management of the e-learning process will have a positive impact. E-learning as a process will have a positive impact on access to quality educational content, especially for young people with fewer opportunities. The impact of developed and advanced digital skills will be long-term, as the digitization of the youth sector will occur in the next few years, this project will provide an advantage and an opportunity for participants to train and lead their colleagues. The knowledge / skills / competencies developed will be long-term. This project will also have a positive impact on the quality of non-formal education and its quality in Europe and in each participating country. The project will have a positive impact on the level of development of the participating organizations and the level of associated partners. Participation in this type of project will strengthen the capacity of participating organizations and develop the capacity of associated partners. The project will also have a positive impact on the motivation of participating organizations to plan and apply for new projects under the Erasmus + program.
