    """ Bad eating habits out, doing sports in” brings 5 schools together from Poland, Turkey, Italy, Slovenia and Greece.The aim of our project is to educate students about healthy living habits by modeling in European countries and practicing healthy living. By creating awareness, we want to motivate people for healthy human relationships and social support, and help them adopt a healthy lifestyle that harmonizes with nature through exercise and healthy nutrition. The project works on all the issues mentioned above.There are target group students and adolescents in the project, these are our main concern. They are in transition from childhood to adulthood, and now we have to guide them to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and attitudes they will use for all their lives. Students are not just about the school environment, they also live in families, so the project influences large communities, including the families and the representatives of the local community, together with students, and all contribute to project activities.The aim of the project is to raise awareness of different EU healthy lifestyles of 1200 students from 5 schools during the 24 months of the project.To achieve the main goal, we have set the following goals:- To develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes of the participants towards a balanced and healthy diet,- To develop models and encourage participants to lead a healthy lifestyle,- Providing participants with learning opportunities in multicultural environments,- To ensure and enrich the international exchange of best practices.The results of project are: First and last surveys, project logo selected as a result of the competition, project areas (ordinary and eTwinning areas), promotional materials for conferences (maps, brochures), posters, small dictionaries, Erasmus + garden. Journals: Sustainable Development and Health, Welfare and Health. Presentations: Medicinal Plants, Seminar - Reading Welfare, Healthy Living Partners Seminar, End Concert, Project DVD and Meeting Reports.The themes of the meetings aim to achieve the objectives related to the selected priorities: Eco-Friendly Lifestyle (TR), Healthy Food (IT), Healthy mind in a healthy body (SI), Natural Food (PL) Harmony and Peace (GR). The connection between the human community and the natural environment is clear and this is felt much better in rural areas. We will benefit from these advantages and locations of the partners. The effect of our actions on our environment and how they affect our health will be examined together. Nature researches and sports activities will be used for information transfer by supporting students in creating health, interpersonal and team relationships. Friendship contests support group harmony and participatory lifestyle to achieve goals.The results of our project are: First and last surveys, project logo selected as a result of the competition, project areas (ordinary and eTwinning areas), promotional materials for conferences (maps, brochures), posters, small dictionaries, Erasmus + garden. Journals: Sustainable Development and Health, Welfare and Health. Presentations: Medicinal Plants, Seminar - Reading Welfare, Healthy Living Partners Seminar, End Concert, Project DVD and Meeting Reports.Direct beneficiaries of the project will be 40 teachers and 120 students , 160 in total, most of them from disadvantaged regions. Participation at the partnership level 1200 students aged 10-15, 90 teachers and more than 200 local participants.The coordination school of the project is the school in Poland. The school is experienced in multicultural areas. Both the experience of the school and the skills of the staff will contribute to the good management of the project. Upon the request of the coordinator through electronic dialogue, the partners gave detailed information of themselves. Each school has teachers who participate and contribute to the project.Each school will organize and host a project meeting and we plan 5 international events. The Polish Coordinator will carry out the communication through electronic channels. Slovenian partner will provide these elctronic channels. Our colleagues with less experience in organizing activities and managing the project will be supported and assisted.We expect an increase in the quality of educational processes, examples and arguments, and that the participants in project will accept and adopt a healthier lifestyle.The strategic partnership give schools the European dimension, international adaptations to the school curriculum, and teachers will develop their cultural knowledge, network of colleagues, and a sense of European acceptance.Thanks to the project activities, the participants will improve their English communication skills, be exposed to different cultures and lifestyles, so they will be more tolerant. Participants will be more competent to work in multicultural environments; to develop social skills and information technology."

    The coordinator of the project called “Developing 21st Century Skills with Inspiration From Nature” is Poland, partners are Spain, Greece, Italy and Turkey.The duration of the project is 24 months.Totally 120 students of 12-14 aged and 40 staff will participate in LTTAs.The natural world is more than a source of beauty and admiration; it provides ideal opportunities to teach the fascinating world of STEAM and 21st century skills.Nature motivates students to learn, keeps them careful, creates their imagination, and develops their Math, Science, Art, Engineering and Technlogy skills using the five sense organs.The nature-inspired STEAM will reveal a powerful curriculum that teaches secondary school students a wide range of STEAM subjects and skills with an approach inspired by nature.Students will gain expertise in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics in cooperation with students from other European countries. Our objectives are; encouraging students to integrate knowledge among disciplines; creating opportunities for students to become 21st century innovative, creative, solution-generating, critical thinkers, interested in science and cooperating with others; to develop new content and encourage the integration of STEAM skills in the curriculum to enable teachers to teach STEAM subjects differently and more appealingly.The activities we planned to achieve are; project opening gala, forest activities, making nature people, insect hotels, solar cells, terrarium, bird feeders, 3D shapes, sundials; building towers and bridges; workshop about airplanes modeled after birds; object designing in the mud workshop; creating simple machines from natural objects and weather station; designing ecological and smart homes inspired by nature, solar ovens; making sun prints using sunscreen, nature collages using collected leaves and musical instruments from natural objects; restoration works; searching and recording the species data observed; discovering fractals in nature; designing mathematical structures using origami, Maker Competition, eTwinning seminar, STEAM Fair, entrepreneur pitch and speaker events and using Audubon Bird Guide and iNaturalist apps.Contact persons in partner schools, coordinator in the whole project are responsible for the project management. All schools meet once a month, fulfill the duties and responsibilities according to the 24-months work schedule and inform the coordinator from the result.The results are; Students gain STEAM skills inspired by nature, understand how mathematics, arts, sciences, technology and engineering work together, are interested in scientific professions, learn to think critically and produce solutions to problems. Students' awareness of STEAM issues and their ability to apply interdisciplinary integration, knowledge and skills are increased; Resources related to STEAM will increase, school staff and school quality will increase, integration of acquired knowledge and skills will be ensured in the curriculum, cooperation between partner schools and key stakeholders will be strengthened.Teachers will learn new practices to associate nature with STEAM; students will strive to benefit from nature, to be inspired and turn it into a product. Participating teachers will improve their professional competencies in European dimension.Students learn to relate STEAM disciplines, develop problem solving, critical thinking, questioning, creativity skills, and are interested in scientific issues.Teachers will learn different methods and techniques in European level, they can develop a more innovative curriculum by integrating good practices into their curriculum.Exchange of best practices in nature will be included in the curriculum of partner schools, so we will use the new knowledge and skills we have learned in our lessons and further develop them.Students will use their 21st century knowledge and skills in the next educational steps and be more successful.Key staff will share the project results and outputs with new staff who will come to school later, and will encourage them to take advantage of this experience.
