And so, there is a lack of training for teachers and professors how to teach entrepreneurial skills to young people and provide adequate training in entrepreneurship for students. We want to start an system change in the area of supporting entrepreneurial education in pre-incubation phase in Europe. According to project plan and its partners, we want to prepare set of tools which can be international, because the topic of youth unemployment is the European topic. We set up project partners to gain this goal. The aim of the project will be to make a research of the specifics of start-ups of students and young people (including foreign and migrant students), the application of not only foreigners in the business environment of regions affected by depopulation. The aim is produced several outputs such us to design and develop an evaluation tool that will measure entrepreneurial potential and improve entrepreneurial skills and abilities, thereby increasing students' entrepreneurial potential (including a possible benchmark with EU universities). This activity will also include defining parameters for start-up entrepreneurs and defining areas for evaluating the business process (for evaluating entrepreneurial potential). Another goal and also project output is to create and manage a network of students interested in entrepreneurship or those who will have identified potential for business activities. Sharing experiences from partner countries will also be included. Next output then will include the creation of a soft-landing portal not only for international students and young migrating people (similar to the buddy system, but adapted for entrepreneurship). Depending on the objectives and subject of the project, it will also include the design of communication tools, ie the best (optimal) way to communicate initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship at university (the creation of communication groups on social networks to be promoted at universities and/or high schools) - a moderated discussion will also be included, as well as a proposal for a sustainable support for development of students and young people business and development of universities students and young people to do business and develop their entrepreneurial skills and abilities. As another output there will be created case studies of student´s entrepreneur projects in individual partner countries - in the Czech Republic, Poland and Spain. The project is lead by Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Its partners are the Technology Innovation Centre Zlín, Uniewersytet Szczecinski and Universidad Catolica Santa Teresa de Jesus de Avila. Through networking and partnership activities with EU counterparts, such as Stavanger University (UiS), Ghent University (GU), and the Catholic University of Avila (UCAV), TUL researchers seek to expand their knowledge of the circular economy principles and their application to textile production. The project aligns with the goals of the European Green Deal, which aims to promote a circular economy and reduce waste. The textile industry is a major contributor to environmental pollution, with large amounts of water consumption, CO2 emissions, and waste production. By implementing AI and ML tools, the project seeks to help textile producers adopt sustainable practices, save resources, and minimize environmental impact. During long-term visits and complementary activities with the advanced partners, TUL researchers will acquire expertise in sustainable technology, eco-design awareness, and administrative skills. Upon completion of the visits, TUL researchers will conduct training sessions for businesses and stakeholders in the Łódź region to share their newly acquired knowledge and skills. This knowledge dissemination will foster interest in cooperation and joint development of a Future Plan for sustainable textile production. Coordination and support activities will include lectures, workshops, and training sessions for experienced TUL researchers and ESRs to disseminate the gained knowledge and skills within the institution and beyond (Polish textile companies and interested entities from Asian countries).
