Even in times of strong economic growth, unemployment and underemployment has remained a significant problem for younger people. The PATHWAY project “Promoting the employAbility and enTrepreneurship of High education graduates through innovative WAYS in the Philippines” falls under the Category D of the Erasmus + programme aiming at strengthening the “University-enterprise cooperation”. PATHWAY goes in line with the Capacity Objective of promoting entrepreneurship spirits and employability opportunities of students and graduates.PATHWAY project aims at enhancing the entrepreneurship and employability culture of Higher Education institutions in the Philippines to meet labour market needs and governmental reforms.PATHWAY project will do so by achieving the 2 specific objectives:-To consolidate the entrepreneurship and employment structures at HEIs by fostering and boosting university-enterprise synergies,-To accompany CHEDs reforms on building up an entrepreneurship culture at national level through the implementation pilot initiatives and policy recommendations.PATHWAY partners will reach the specific objectives by accomplishing the following outputs: Output 1: Paving the way for the construction of a Employment and Entrepreneurship culture. Output 2: Enhancement of managerial and administrative staff capacities in dealing with E/E issues. Output 3: Pilots actions implemented in support of E/E opportunities. Output 4: Drafting of Policy Strategy for the business-academia cooperation.
