Aanleiding voor dit Top-up project is het praktijkgerichte onderzoeksproject ‘Ketenfinanciering voor MKB. Olie in de motor van de Nederlandse economie’ (RAAK-mkb). Doel van dit project was het opdoen van nieuwe kennis over de wijze waarop Nederlandse mkb-ondernemingen toegang kunnen krijgen tot ketenfinanciering om hun liquiditeitspositie te verbeteren. Uit dit project is naar voren gekomen dat mkb’ers veel winst kunnen behalen door optimalisatie van het order-to-cash (O2C) proces, bijvoorbeeld via verbetering van facturatie waardoor zij sneller geld van afnemers binnen krijgen. Het O2C proces is het proces vanaf binnenkomst van de order, tot aan uiteindelijke betaling van de factuur. Tijdens dit RAAK-mkb project hebben we een eerste opzet gemaakt voor een ‘order-to-cash tool (O2C tool)’. Deze tool kunnen mkb’ers gebruiken om inzicht te krijgen in de (lengte van de) stappen van hun eigen O2C-proces, zodat ze dit proces kunnen optimaliseren. Het huidige concept is weliswaar een mooi uitgangspunt, maar vergt nog verdere ontwikkeling en beproeving. Bovendien moet de tool nog toegankelijk gemaakt worden voor het onderwijs en de praktijk. In dit Top-Up project staat de ontwikkeling en verspreiding van de O2C tool centraal. Het project wordt gefaseerd uitgevoerd: Fase 1: Testen van de O2C tool onder een groep mkb’ers en doorontwikkelen Fase 2: Automatiseren van de O2C tool om online grootschalig te kunnen delen met mkbers. De tool komt in de vorm van een vragenlijst online, waarbij mkbers uiteindelijk inzicht krijgen in de (lengte van de) stappen van hun eigen O2C-proces. Er wordt getracht minimaal 150 mkbers te bereiken. Fase 3: Analyse van de resultaten en het maken van een eerste aanzet tot oplossingsrichtingen. De analyse, in combinatie met een literatuuronderzoek, leiden tot een agenda voor vervolgonderzoek op het thema.

Concepts for energy-efficient renovation at project level are often successful. However, later it turns out that scaling up of these concepts did not work. It is often unclear why not. We investigate what is still needed to scale up these concepts. The focus is on building/area scale and concepts that reduce grid congestion. By interviewing parties in the market and studying literature, we make a regional-temporal case study analysis. Case studies in: Utrecht, Amsterdam, Zwolle, Enschede, Zoetermeer, Hengelo, s Hertogenbosch. The results are: • Lessons learned • Societal and scientific follow-up questions • Advice for subsidy provider • Sharing knowledge

As a commissioning authority, the government plays an important role in making the Dutch economy circular. However, circular procurement by the government is slow to take off and still constitutes only a small part of total government purchases. Interviews with circular SMEs and a survey show that there are several barriers to successful bidding for tenders as a circular entrepreneur. The research objective is to design a framework for circular procurement in the region with tools and best practices. This will create a workable connection between circular SMEs and procurementpractices of local governments and will result in more circular procurement.

The chance that people with psychoses become victim of a violent crimes is three times higher than in the general population. This is partly due to the clinical syndrome that is associated with misperception of social cues, self-stigma, decreased self-esteem and a lack of assertiveness. Earlier experiences with violence also increase the risk of victimization. To tackle this downward spiral, an assertiveness training in which psychomotor interventions are combined with kickboxing techniques was developed. The effects of the intervention will be studied using questionnaires and fMRI in both a pilot, a randomized clinical trial and a follow-up study

Based on a systematic literature study and the experiences of clients, psychomotor therapy (PMT) seems a feasible and helpful treatment for individuals with mild intellectual disabilities and aggressive behaviour. Besides that, mechanisms of action were revealed: increasing both interoceptive awareness and coping skills. This provides guidlines for the PMT treament targeting aggressive behaviour. Finally, a measurement instrument is adapted for this populations, which seems feasible and reliable. This instrument can be used in both clinical practise and research for the evaluation of interventions (like PMT).
