The main objective of the project was to improve manufacturing, design and resource optimization capabilities of machinery sector in Poland and mainly in Turkey. In order to reach this objective, training programmes and workshops were organized in order to provide smooth and efficient platforms for transfer of knowledge, experience and ideas. At the end of these activities, books were published and a web site was set up presenting the outcomes of the project, the success stories, the brief training content and recommendations for actors in machinery sector. These intangible and tangible outcomes were disseminated through two multiplier events within the project. The project results and outputs were disseminated through multiplier events; branch offices of the coordinating partner; and one-to-one meetings in Turkey, Poland and Germany by all partners. 16 and 14 participants attended to two different programmes consecutively. 93 participants attended to multiplier events for further dissemination of knowledge and workshops were conducted by several participants from partners. The project web site will stand as a source of information after the project.
