    << Objectives >>The main goal of the project is to raise environmental awareness among employees of 3 sectors of the economy during 24 months through the cooperation of two schools and a non-governmental organization operating in the field of vocational education.<< Implementation >>1. Creating a set of examples of pro-ecological behavior in the workplace in the following industries: catering, construction and electricity.2. The use of the so-called green means of transport, implementation of project activities using ecological methods.3. Development of an ecofriendly worker certificate.4. Raising the level of the so-called ecological skills, encouraging behavioral changes in individual preferences and habits.<< Results >>- developing a set of examples of pro-ecological behavior in the workplace in the catering, construction and electricity industries based on the knowledge and experience of members of the project consortium- increasing environmental awareness and developing ecological behavior in the workplace,- increasing knowledge in the field of: green management, green environment, recycling, paperless and digitalisation.

    << Objectives >>THE AIM of this project is to create a mechanism and tools to refine the skills and professional aptitudes of older people. We believe that the development of digitized aptitude tests (see WP2) and the development of a fast-track non-formal VET curriculum (see WP3) will create tools to enable older people to return to the labor market after a long break or to learn and continue their professional career in a relative or perhaps in a radically opposite professional field.<< Implementation >>WP2.A1&WP3.A1. to organize a preparatory round table discussion in each project country (LT, LV, PL, BG);WP2.A2&A.4&A6. to develop a digital test for determining the professional aptitudes of older people;WP2.A3&WP.3.A4. to test/pilot the developed test and VET programs in the project countries;WP2.A5&WP3.A3. to translate the test and VET programs into the national languages (LT, LV, PL and BG);WP3.A2. to develp the rapid targeted VET programs for the 8 most promising sectors of the economy.<< Results >>WP1.R3. the project website is created;WP2.R1&WP3.R1. 8 round table discussion are organised;WP2.R2&R.4&R6. a digital test for determining the professional aptitudes of older people is developed;WP2.R3&WP.3.R4. the developed test and VET programs are tested/piloted (at least 80 participants) in the project countries;WP2.R5&WP3.R3. the test and 8 VET programs are translated into the national languages (LT, LV, PL and BG);WP3.A2. 8 rapid targeted VET programs are developed.

    "COVID19 had and will continue to have many devastating impacts on all. The educational systems had to adapt very quickly and research is now showing that remote education and e-training activities are increased. The changes observed in information and communication technologies change social life as well as reshape the educational and business environments that require access to information, creating information, and using information. Today, education should be in an approach that equips students according to the uncertainty, complexity and technological needs of the future, in accordance with the phenomena that come into our lives such as cybernetics, robotics, big data, nano technology, artificial intelligence, global citizenship and the digital age and the concept of ""Industry 4.0"".Remote education is one of the areas where technology is used the most. In many countries of the world, a fast and compulsory transition has been made to distance education due to the pandemic. Distance education is an educational process in which the student is active, contributes to the content, uses different web2.0 and asynchronous training tools, and allows individual development. For this reason, the starting point of our project is to provide a quality and efficient education in distance education, to be active teachers and students, and to use different web2.0 and asynchronous education tools effectively.KEY OBJECTIVESTiDE bring together a strategic partnership of schools and civil society NGOs from the UK, Turkey, Slovenia, Italy, Portugal and Lithuania:-To contribute to the more efficient and effective distance education through the exchange of good practices in the 6 participating countries-To contribute to the development of teachers in personal and professional areas in the distance education process-To contribute to the most effective and efficient use of distance education by students-Contributing to the institutional capacity of partner institutions in distance education.TARGET GROUPS:1. Teachers and other educators who guide students in the effective use of technology, web2.0 and asynchronous educational tools in education. In addition, the person who organizes education according to the individual differences, learning speed and style of each student is the teacher. For these reasons, teachers have a great role to play in order to realize an effective distance education and they must be active in these areas. 2. Students. In order to be an effective distance education, our students must have knowledge and skills about distance education processes, web2.0 and asynchronous education tools.ACTIVITIES4 TPM and 1 LTT activities. Each TPM activity will take 2 days, LTT activity will take 5 days. Four participants from each institution will take part in the first TPM, three participants for other TPMs, and 3 participants from each institution in LTT activity.The 1st TPM will be held in Italy. In the project kick-off meeting, all details related to the partners' getting to know each other, management, budget, tangible outputs, activities, schedule, Quality Assurance and to realize a good project will be decided.The 2nd TPM will be held in Lithuania. In this meeting, the content, design and interface of the Project Web Site, which is the tangible output of our project, will be determined and work will be done.The 3rd TPM will be held in Turkey. It is the meeting where the design of the Web2.0 Tools Handbook, which is the tangible output of our project, the determination of the Web2.0 tools to be included in the booklet, and its effective use in distance education, its advantages and disadvantages will be discussed.The 4th TPM will be held in Portugal. It is the meeting where the design of the Asynchronous Training and Tools Handbook, which is the tangible output of our project, the determination of the asynchronous training tools to be included in the booklet, its effective use in distance education, its advantages and disadvantages will be discussed.The LTT meeting will be held in Slovenia. This activity is the meeting where the 3 tangible outputs created in cooperation with the partner institutions during the project are transferred to the trainers of the partner institutions effectively.LONG TERM RESULTSTeachers will have an effective lesson management by using web2.0 and asynchronous education tools to be used in distance education. Students will be successful students with quality distance education, institutions that can provide education and training support during extraordinary periods such as the Institutions Pandemic. The project will be disseminated with these studies such as the project website, the website of our institutions, the posters with the project logo, brochure, pen and notepad, key chain distribution, sharing on social media, informative meetings suitable for the target group specified, local press news, project boards, video, etc."

Through it, each of the partners will be able to evaluate the available trainings and expand the offered specialized services such as counselling, motivation, career guidance and vocational orientation.<< Results >>As a result of the project a platform with data for selected sectors of the economy, new professions in them and the necessary skills for their practice will be created. Within the framework of the established partnership, experiences from different European countries will be exchanged, meetings will be organized, as well as events to promote the results of the project in each of the countries.
