Consequently, young people leaving the schools or high studies too soon appear as school dropouts and this mechanism works even more when the economic system is unable to absorb the young labor force. However, early school leaving, even if it involves an individual responsibility,is related to dysfunctions in the school and the education system, which is unable to carry the young people sufficient levels of training, with the goal of opening access roads to employment:school failure appears as a consequence of the failure of the education system itself and requires a reflection on its organization and direction.P2. Low quality and efficacy of career guidance causes a low level of interest in choosing a type of schooling or studies by young people. While planning their education, young people take into consideration the information from media, Internet, and their peers. In effect, 20% of students are not satisfied with the chosen secondary school (CBOS 2011). According to researches conducted among lower secondary school students (KOWEZIU 2012) about 30% of them took into consideration: convenient setting of the school (good transport connections); opinions of their peers, families or teachers. And only 20% of school students based their decisions upon current situation on the labor market.P4.Lack of a complex tool for careers diagnosis. On a current market there is no system that would enable making a complex diagnosis in an easy and quick way without the necessity of using a set of different psychological tests. The aim is to create a diagnostic tool that would consist of 8 multidimensional layers, combined in a one, consistent system. Thanks to using career tree, which makes the questioning more individualized, the examination administered with the use of the system will be quick, and will ensure reliability and accuracy of the results, at the same time. The main target group of the project are secondary and vocational school students (with their parents) as well as post high educations youngsters having problems with decision about the professional career. The students/youngsters and adults will follow different paths of their examination consisting of questions tailored to their age and life situation. The decision about “branch” of the career tree to be followed will be made on the basis of the answers given to introductory questions. It means that the choice of further questions as well as their form will follow from the introductory examination.PARTNERS NEEDS-Offering high level career guidance to youth-Possessing modern tool for career guidance-Increasing the level and quality of offered courses and education materials-Cooperating with partners possessing great expertise in career guidance and developing on-line<< Objectives >>The main aim of the project is to raise the quality of the process aimed to define capacities, aptitudes and professional interests of secondary/VET/high/post-high (youngsters till 26years) students and adults, and conducting career guidance and career planning through creation of a modern (standardized on a representative group) modular system for analysis, diagnosis and education guidance of career that would support the work of career counselors. The main reason for this project to be implemented is to integrate in the educational sector the option for students to learn about different jobs and fields and to assess their skills and abilities in order to make an informed decision about their future career. The goal of the project is to make available in Norway, Poland, Greece and Italy a free, online tool that can be accessed by any student/young that has an Internetconnection and that can help to underline their strengths. This kind of assessment is rarely present in the partner countries educational system, so the usefulness of such a tool would probably have impact both in higher educational institutions and in the labour market. If students have an informed opinion starting from high school about their strengths, weaknesses and what standards have to be met for specific jobs, their decision about university should be easier to be made and after finishing their studies, it would be easier for them to get a job in the field they studied for. The main result of the project will be online tool - for high school and post-high schools students/youngsters until 26 years old (especially those having problems with decision aboutthe professional career) as well as vocational advisors, psychologists, HR staff which will help to diagnose the profile of candidate. The tool will consist of at least 8 modules which will be updated, adapted to new partner's countries and translated into national languages.Online tool - combined with project website will be main source of all project outcomes, as it will help with:- project dissemination,- exploitation of the project's results- building the cooperation with schoolsThe main aim of the project is to raise the quality of the process aimed to define capacities, aptitudes and professional interests of secondary/VET/high/post-high (youngsters till 26 years) students and adults, and conducting career guidance and career planning through creation of a a modern (standardized on a representative group) modular system for analysis, diagnosis and education guidance of career that would support the work of career counselors. The system will consist of min 8 modules:1)professional interests2)structure and values3)personal capacities,4)temperamental aptitudes,5)cognitive6)interpersonal7)business and enterprise skills,8)possessed qualifications<< Implementation >>Consorcium will implement activites listed below:IO1.Model of predispositions and leading competencies for professionsIO2.Modular system for diagnosis, analysis and education guidance of career - elements/layers of online toolIO3.Graphical and technical design of the toolIO4.Methodical guidebook for career counselorIO5.Practical manual for teachers and vocational advisors - usability of the tool4 Transnational project meetings C1.TRAIN THE TRAINER: Training for vocational advisors - usability of the toolE1.The multiplier event pursues two main OBJECTIVES:a. Unemployment, particularly over a long period of time, can lead to problematic political and social consequences. Without job security, young people become vulnerable to poverty and social exclusion. To take a more proactive approach, youth workers need to stay alongside young people, continuously upgrade their professional knowledge and skills, and conduct practice research in order to support young people more efficiently in overcoming the challenges of their transition to adulthood. Youth worker professionalism, supportive institutional profile and service design are essential in this process. Skilled professionals with relevant preparation and toolkit as well as multi-stakeholder partnerships at the local level are the key factors for successful results in youth work targeted to NEET youngsters. The need for multi-stakeholder partnerships brings new challenges and requirements to institutions profile. It is essential to think about what would be the profile of well-structured multi-stakeholders network and which should be the profile of a youth worker specialized to work with NEET youngsters? To improve services for NEET youngsters, the current situation should be analyzed, practitioners should evaluate themselves as youth workers and youth institutions in NEET supporting process and through this process find out an effective design of service that support NEET youngsters in the best possible way. As Youth Guarantee is a program covering the whole European Union, experiences, needs, problems, challenges can be mutually exchanged and discussed and solutions created transnationally. By sharing and comparing different experiences and practices, we can visualize the profile of a professional NEET youth specialized youth worker and profile of institution providing NEET youth service. During the Community Guarantee project the following activities were implemented: • Forming local level working groups and sustainable collaborations engaging relevant partners (e.g. different service providers, unemployment office, representatives from educational institutions, local government, representatives of employers, previous NEET youth, etc.) • 3 transnational project meetings for project partners • 4 international study visits for youth workers and specialists working with NEET youngsters• 1 international seminar in Estonia for youth workers and specialists working with NEET youngsters to discuss the collected knowledge and work on designing an efficient service model for the NEET youth • National study visits and local activities to evaluate and analyze national services • The final conference in Estonia as a multiplier event • Profile of an effective model of NEET youngsters support service completed as an Intellectual Output The aim of the project was to meet and analyze different realities and to create a functional profile of Community Guarantee – a document describing the concept of effective and multi-dimensional NEET youngster support service. Through common discussions, local and international study visits, practice sharing, collecting the best practices and noticing current weak points, researching case studies and theoretical material about NEET youngsters empowerment, profile manual was created. Different stakeholders gave their input through round tables, notes during study visits, seminars, questionnaires in order to build a practice-based and evidence-based model. The developed service model shows different aspects of one service, including behind the scenes parts of a service that make it work efficiently. The service model helps everyone to get involved in delivering professional and efficient service, as well as understand their role and ensure a coherent experience for the user. The final Intellectual Output of the project, Profile of effective support service for NEETs, is an electronic publication made available for anyone willing to provide qualitative services for NEET youngsters.

Two were the agents motivated this consortium’ synthesis to plan & develop such project: 1) the high rates of Youth unemployment in EU-28l according to Eurostat (March 2018: 1st place for Greece: 43,2% , 3rd place for Italy with 31,9% & 5th place for Cyprus with 22,4%) and 2) the fact that the supply-chain sector claims for well-trained young professionals to carry out positions of responsibility; It seems to appear a great demand of supply-chain experts’ personnel, highly qualified & well prepared by means that achieving excellence in logistics is vital for EU-competitiveness. Even there is a great offer of senior-level staff with supply-chain skills & competencies, in contrary there is a great demand by businesses to find entry- level experts, mostly young. Based in current statistics, reviews & analysis, there are several indications that countries can reach higher levels of logistics competences than their economic output per capita predicts. Considering the stated challenges, NextGen4SC consortium, defined its target groups as following: 1) Generation Z, 2) Employers,3) Youth stakeholders, 4)Company stakeholders, 5)Economy (local, regional, national & European) stakeholders. Within firms, skills need to be nurtured & developed through improved provision of training. There is need for the development & enhancement of career paths for lower skilled young workers. To meet the demand for skilled workers, the relatively poor image of the supply-chain sector needs to be improved. Motivated by this, the consortium aims to increase the number of qualified & certified specialists to work in supply-chain sector around Europe as well as to support low-skilled unemployed young people to upgrade their skills, providing them with better job placement opportunities. The fundamental element of the "" NextGen4SC"" project is the aim to create a “Win-to-Win” background for youth working in the supply chain market, supporting them & empowering their involvement & competitiveness to the job sector, facilitating their preparation as the next generation of the supply Chain staff, to win the employment bet. The innovative character of this project is that is addressed not only to youth workers. The other interesting & innovative aspect is that is pursued the establishment of e-incubators, which using the digital technologies trends, which will lead to new relationships between partners & local entrepreneurial ecosystems, regional authorities & the labour market. All those, will lend their support to mentor NextGen4SC beneficiaries as either entrepreneurs or youth workers, to gain the enhanced skills & competences demanded by a 21st Century Supply-chain market. NextGen4SC focus to create this winning situation through activities as: 1)Encompassing the use of technology in order to create a training methodology, addressed to Generation Z, to prepare a successful training approach for Junior-Level supply-chain staff, that will best service the interests of their workplace.2) Following a blended-training method, engaging the participants through exercises, role play, case study discussions and team work presentations, the aims is to develop a train-the-trainer training curriculum to prepare the Gen Z entry level new entrants to the Supply Chain sector. 3) Creating an open & free for access online platform operating as Network/ Information Hub, will enable access to a plethora of targeted information focused in supply-chain addressed both youth & employers. Amongst the general outcomes of the project are considered the improvement of the job-matching procedure within Youth & Business in Europe, the contribution to the decrease of Youth Unemployment in EU-level, the facilitation of information finding (+access), the facilitation of creating links between youth-business world. The impact of NextGen4SC project is not limited to the partnership level, but is wider as project’s results are expected to foster not only the local business development but generally the European as well as the cooperation transnationally. The society will also have benefits as the younger people will contribute to enhance the skilled labor force which correspond better to the labor market needs & will have the potential to strengthen the social inclusion & improve equal work opportunities."

This was done through an innovative training methodology and the creation of a MOOC that is now available for free on the Online Social Platform ( http://oer.makingprojects.org/oer/suyse-starting-up-young-social-entrepreneurs/ ).The project has also produced a Training Guide for the creation of social start-ups. The project was implemented by partners from 4 EU countries: ITD and AVALON from Spain, Eduforma form Italy, McScence from the UK, and Business Incubator - Gotse Delchev from Bulgaria. All project material is available on the website http://www.suyse.eu/ in 5 languages: English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian and Bulgarian. The SUYSE project has been implemented to counteract the devastating effects of the social and economic crisis on employability, especially among young people. The labor market tends to offer increasingly fewer wage-earning jobs. Social start-ups are an innovative way to combine economic growth and inclusion of disfavoured people, promoting social values and new jobs. They are lead by social entrepreneurs and they generate social value: watching for the rights and interests of the most vulnerable people; responding to the ecological crisis; and eradicate discrimination against certain social groups. These approaches promote sustainable solutions at short and long-term. According to the European Commission, social start-ups now account for 10% of all Europe new business creation.OBJECTIVES of the SUYSE project were to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit; to offer training and guidance in order to increase the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship; to lower the unemployment rate among young people; to create enterprises with social and environmental aims. They will acquire social entrepreneurs' competences as well as soft skills in order to create their own jobs and in this way, lower the unemployment rate among young people.ACTIVITIES of the SUYSE project included: partners co-developed the curriculum and 5 modules content in 5 languages; they adapted and uploaded the content for the MOOC to the online social platform; 10 educators took part in the Train the Trainers week in Barcelona, to revise the MOOC and agree the local pilot training process; 82 young people at risk of social exclusion took part in pilot training in the 4 partner countries; at the end of the training, study visits or internships were organized to share experience of a social start-up at first hand; all training participants received an ECVET certificate; partners organized an international conference in Barcelona and local/regional multiplier events in Italy, Bulgaria and the UK. The events were an occasion to present the online social platform with the free course and the training guide for the creation of social start-ups, available online in 5 languages. The guide explains the SUYSE methodology and includes a collection of best practices and quotes from participants, illustrating in this way the impact that the training has had on their life. The SUYSE innovative methodology included 3 phases of activities: 1. Module and curriculum co-creation, where partners did research about existing material around the subject of: social innovation; social business plan; fundraising; communication and dissemination; local and transnational networks; and legal, economic and tax issues. Each one became a module with theoretical and practical content, and good practices as well as exercises, recorded in different formats for the MOOC (videos, PPTs, lesson plans etc.).2. Participative work & Guidance: Training participants got to know each other in face to face sessions to exchange opinions and ideas. A team of mentors provided them with guidance.3. Deep working immersion: Students participated in study visits or internships, to learn at first hand from social entrepreneurs about their experience, and to be able to ask questions and network. The SUYSE project has had an important IMPACT on its target group and stakeholders: young people at risk of social exclusion, trainers, youth work practitioners, NGOs and local government services addressing inclusion and employment. All these agents have been reached and engaged by the SUYSE activities, and have received the online course and training guide with information to easily replicate or adapt the SUYSE methodology. The young people who took part in the training learned how to implement a social start-up. This will have effects in their communities and in the local economic growth. They are multipliers of the project impact when they tell others about the project and by setting and example with their own actions. In the mid and long term these young participants, from the different countries will apply their newly learned skills and contribute to a more socially aware society.
