In general, it is possible to see more and more teachers who are suffering from any mental health issue, from burnout to depression. Primary school teachers have to teach from home, and in case they have their own small children they have to learn with them as well. This means that teachers can hardly find the balance and divide the personal and work time. And this leads to mental health issues, burnout or it can lead to the point when teachers leave their profession. However, this does not apply to the teachers-parents only, but to all teachers in general. Therefore with our BALDIS project, we aim to collect experience from the foreign schools and distribute them among teachers in order to help them out with the right functioning example. We want to provide first aid to teachers who find themselves in a difficult situation.<< Objectives >>With this project, we want to bring a solution, a relief to our fellow teachers, who are teaching children in their classes as well as their own children at home. And because we know that the same situation does not apply only to the Czech Republic but to the whole Europe, we work on the BALDIS project. We want to bring them examples of good practice from foreign countries, and work together with our partners on a guide for teachers so that teachers will know what is the best way to balance their work and personal life. And school headmaster will know how they can help their employees to balance the work/personal life.<< Implementation >>During the implementation of the BALDIS project, we are going to carry out several types of activities. The activities were divided into five work packages, and during three of them will be developed four project results. The other two work packages are dedicated to transversal activities.First, the transnational project meetings will be held every year, three in total. During them, the progress of the project will be assessed and we will agree on how to continue the project, i.e. what the final look of a particular result will be.Second, three learning, teaching, training activity will be organised by the responsible project partner. The LTT activity will be organised after the delivery of the particular project result. Participants will learn about these project results and will learn how to use them and benefit from them. The final activity is the multiplier event. In each partner country will be organised one event, thus three multiplier events will be held in total. The aim of these events is to reach as many people as possible in order to share the project results and to have a bigger impact. Connected to the multiplier events is the dissemination of the project results. The project partner responsible for this activity will do everything that is in their possibilities to reach as wide audience as possible. Other project partners will help this coordinating partner.<< Results >>The BALDIS project is divided into five work packages. During three of them, we expect to produce four project results in total.1. The first project result is the strategic report. This comparative report will consist of three national reports and each report will be created by two national partners. This report will be based on desk research and will also consist of interviews with experts in the field relevant to the studied area. 2. The collection of best practices examples will be done as a second project result. The best examples from teachers´ practice will be collected based on interviews.3. The guide for teachers will be prepared. The learning points from the previous project result will be gathered and tools and methods found online will be added. The guide will be supervised by an expert in the field of psychology.4. The last project result is the digital educational platform, where all the previous results and self-assessment tool will be published. On this platform, all the results will be accessible for free.

It is unavoidable for employees to eventually develop personal relationships among themselves in addition to their formal co-worker relationships. Working with people you like to spend your time has a strong influence for the wellness in the workplace, health, labor environment and, of course and in a mid-long term, productivity, which at the end reinforces the stability of jobs, and above all willingness to learn and improve basic skills and competences. Who is responsible of generating that atmosphere? Obviously, it is a work in several directions. Relationships between employees and management are of substantial value in any workplace. Human relations are the process of training employees, addressing their needs, fostering a workplace culture and resolving conflicts between different employees or between employees and management. Understanding some of the ways that human relations can impact the costs, competitiveness and long-term economic sustainability of a business helps to underscore their importance. Thus, this task affects the company in a 360 degrees analysis, and all the actors in the working process are implied in the achievement of the desired environment, from the leaders, managers and directors to the basic workers. Thus, all of them should be aware of their possibilities to build a positive and creative atmosphere, each one from his/her particular point of view.Taking these facts into account, TIWA aims at helping European companies, SME, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers and workers in general to generate a healthy working environment, creating a framework of fellowship and human relationships between the different levels of the company. This will enable productivity, health in the workplace with the reduction of illnesses and injuries and, then, of absenteeism. As a results TIWA promotes developing basic skills and key competences, especially of low-skilled employees. TIWA wants to provide high-quality learning opportunity for employees to be better co-workers, but also wants to show managers the lines to follow in order to create the best atmosphere in their companies. The project consortium is composed of six organisations from five different EU countries (SL, BG, ES, IR and CZ) and shows cooperation between new and old European Member States. A comprehensive partnership has been established, consisting of a solid group of training companies with long experience in the implementation of in company programs, some of them with a solid career in European projects (such as our coordinator, Ljudska Univerza Velenje, Defoin, Impro Institute or Bulgaria Training) and some newcomers, such as I&F (which is building a recent but solid international career) or INDEPCIE, one of our Spanish partners which will have its first experience in Erasmus+ projects. To achieve the objectives of the project three Intellectual Outputs will be developed, tested and multiplied: the ‘IDEAL LEADERS’ (O1) is a training system for managers in building a healthy company culture, which will be supplemented by ‘WORKING WITH A SMILE’ (O2), a best practice case study. These will be the umbrella for 'ME, THE IDEAL WORKMATE’ (O3), a good feelings kit with training tools for employees, developing strategies to be generators od a positive working environment. The online system will also feature a platform for interactions between learners, trainers and trainees, and other stakeholders. All outputs produced will be freely accessible for the public within and beyond the project’s lifetime.TIWA is likely to have sustainable direct impacts within and beyond the project lifetime on three target groups: 1) entrepreneurs and managers, 2) employees 3) Companies and organisations active in the field of training, adult education and advisory services.By creating training tools for improving skills and key competences of trainers, managers and employees, the consortium expects to achieve the overall objective of the project: (a) evaluate the effectiveness of creating a friendly working atmosphere, and (b) assess the effectiveness of building solid and healthy human relationships in the workplace. The ultimate goal is to improve the culture company and raise awareness of its importance in the health and productivity of a company.

The project has various priorities split into sectors: - ADULT EDUCATION: Facilitate access to skills improvement paths - ADULT EDUCATION: Improving and broadening the range of high-quality learning opportunities tailored to the individual needs of adults with low skills or qualifications And horizontal: - Development of relevant skills and competences at a high level. The main aim of the project is to increase the participation in lifelong learning of adults by using a unique advisory platform dedicated to adults, with particular emphasis on people living in rural areas, from smaller cities, and increasing the availability of non-formal education among adults. Aims of the project in detail: - enabling the use of non-formal education for adults from smaller towns, rural areas, as well as encouraging and reducing social, psychological, internal and distance barriers in adults with fewer opportunities and lower skills, - increasing the number of effective work solutions for advisers, educators with adults, - improving the accessibility of educational tools to facilitate the use of non-formal education with the use of modern technologies - increasing of knowledge on the needs and expectations of recipients of innovative tools in non-formal education - creating a space with open educational resources dedicated to adults. The project is aimed at adults, mainly from smaller cities and rural areas. Those adults have bigger problems and barriers with active use of forms offered as part of adult education thus they are treated as a priority in the project. At the same time, the proposed tools, ie an advisory platform along with educational open resources, will be able to strengthen adults with fewer opportunities and lower skills. Also the tool will benefit adults from large cities in each of the three countries and other places in the world, but it will be the intermediate result of the project. Each of the partners operates in the area of non-formal education of adults, therefore, has appropriate experience in order to achieve the intended results and project indicators. The novelty of the project will focus primarily on online solutions, the space that connects users, i.e. adults with advisors, educators. The tool will be able to be used in many non-formal adult education processes and will support the learning process as well as enrich the range of opportunities and tools of educators' work. The result of the project will be an innovative consulting platform in the final version. A platform connecting users of consultancy services with advisors together with full organisational functionality (calendar, advisors' database, online contact tools (videoconferences, chat), and original materials that will help improve their competences. The results of intellectual work will serve to encourage adults to constantly learn, improve their competences, soft skills, personal and professional development, improve skills, expand knowledge, support distance learning processes and strengthen the user-advisor relationship throughout the learning process. The results of the work will be a determinant and helpful tool for the non-formal education market as they are innovative, new forms of work with adults. The advantage of the platform and materials will be the opportunity to use them outside of big cities that are the centre of educational activities addressed to adults, outside the workplace, away from the adjustment of the amount of time, it will enable them to learn in their own time frame and their own capabilities. Project results will be disseminated through planned activities within the project and after completion , through dissemination conferences in 3 countries, mail with information about project results, as well as information and materials on partner websites.
