"Profiling Intelligence is a project aimed at increasing quality skills and training standards on information skills and information security. Information is a central process of government entities and companies. Well recognized by government entities, information security is often underestimated by companies. In fact, today it is rare to have information departments in companies and skills related to information security are not included in job profiles. One of our main goals was to disseminate information culture to increase information security. We focused not only on the technical issues related to information security, but especially on the human factor. In fact, today most errors are not due to technological vulnerabilities, but to human vulnerabilities, stressors, psychological variables. At the end of the project, 3 intellectual results were elaborated. These results will be available and open on the project site.IO1 - O1 resultThis result consisted mainly in conducting a research that highlights the state of intelligence in Romania and in the partner countries and a history of information services, in order to have a comparative picture of the level of evolution both in the public and in the private part. Each partner conducted the research for their country and ended with a common document, covering all the research. The second point of IO 1 was the construction of a common profile for the partner countries of the information worker by identifying a set of competences, skills needed to work in this field, with which we developed with the help of experts from each partner country the proposal of a profile as much. for the operative as well as for the information analyst.Brochure - Research study in Intelligence Profiling, contains 72 pages.IO2- O2 resultTogether with experts from partner countries, we have developed a handbook that will be used by information workers ""Intelligence Profiling"". The manual was structured as follows: A total of 180 pages divided into 8 chapters. In each chapter there are 18 pages of theory and 4 pages of practice found in exercises which will deepen the theory and help to better build the knowledge accumulated by navigating the manual. The information workers who will use the handbook are the ones who collect and analyze the information they then provide to the decision maker to help choose their decision options. The assumption is that accurate, comprehensive and timely information will lead to more effective choices of decision makers.IO3- Course support for information operatorsAn innovative training program has been developed for information staff and all key employees who have access to sensitive data. The information in this course support will improve intelligence culture and profiling in companies and government entities and will increase the level of information security. Support contains 80 pages. The project partners have cooperated widely for a more efficient implementation of the dissemination of the project. The project has been widely disseminated at regional, national and European level. The project has had a significant impact on participants, participating organizations, target groups and other relevant stakeholders. The impact at the partner level consisted in the increase of the professional experience, of the competences, mainly through the exchange of good practices and knowledge used in 3 countries and different cultures. The impact of the project can be summarized as follows:Experts, staff of participating organizations: expertise in the management and implementation of EU projects, exchange of information on teaching skills, legislation and policies in other participating countries, increased skills in providing courses with different formulas (classoom, e-learning), skills in the organization of events (multiplication and dissemination)The target group directly and indirectly: a better understanding of the selection process in the field of information, ensuring better information security, the importance of the human factor in intelligence, reducing human error in intelligence processes, developing a culture of intelligence and in the business context, starting awareness of information and information processes at all levels of the organization (business or government), Increasing the performance for trainers in teaching coursesThe innovative techniques, methods and tools used had an increased impact on the target group. The impact of the project is felt in the form of awareness about information security and access to higher standards and processes for personnel selection in information services."

"The phenomenon of violence, discrimination and harassment in school is a topic that has concerned society, due to the upward curve of recent years and therefore it is necessary to promote awareness of this accentuated phenomenon in school, where children are raised. The moral values promoted by society, through school and family are based together with the acquisition of knowledge, skills and training skills, contributing to the formation of the profile of a young person capable of social integration and adaptation to new challenges. Moreover, this problem is not only Romania's, but is found in other forms and intensity in most European countries. The project aims to raise awareness of the negative effects of the phenomenon of violence in schools and reduce it by educating school psychologists about this phenomenon. The intellectual results that have been achieved in the project ensure techniques and methods of lifelong learning for both the direct target group and other indirect beneficiaries. The following results were achieved:IO1. Scientific research, a comparative study and an analysis of protocols on violence, discrimination and harassment in partner countriesAn analysis of recent scientific research on the general causes of violence has been made; about the symptoms of violence; methods of preventing and reducing violence. A structured questionnaire was developed to investigate the needs of anger and violence; The structured questionnaire was applied to a number of 1750 students. A comparison was made of the results obtained by each partner, then a summary of the research was made.IO2 The Handbook ""Equilibrium by non-violence"" contains a total of 7 chapters, each chapter is written taking into account the results of the research and the needs identified. The manual is available in four language versions (English, Romanian, Italian, Greek).IO3 Course ""Equilibrium by non-violence"" This result contains a written support in the power point program, made in an interactive way, which can be taken by school psychologists. The design of the course support is friendly and easy to assimilateIO4 An online platform. The platform aims to raise awareness of the phenomenon of violence and the importance of reducing this phenomenon, which is precisely the general objective of this project.Through the existence of an online information point, the information is easy to read and distributed to actors involved in the fight against violence (organizations, school psychologists, psychologists employed in general, local and county welfare and child protection, teachers, students, parents) .IO5 The ChatBoot application aims to add an element of innovation to the interaction of actors involved in the fight against violence (organizations, school psychologists, teachers, parents, etc.) with the source of information provided by the project. This chatbot is a complex program that can hold a conversation with a person. The chatbot is present on Facebook.Jiffy is a virtual chatbot developed as a support tool for children and adolescents who face hostile behaviors, exclusion or verbal and physical violence. The general objective of the project was to raise awareness of the negative effects of the phenomenon of school violence and to reduce it. We consider that this objective was achieved by obtaining the following results.- New skills acquired by school psychologists for long-term reduction of violent behaviors in students through the textbook and curriculum developed in this project.- Awareness at the level of civil society of the negative effects of the phenomenon of violence in schools for parents, teachers, specialists from school inspectorates, NGOs, local authorities.- Ensuring techniques and methods of continuous learning both for the target group and for other indirect beneficiaries, leading to the reduction of the phenomenon of violence in schools.- Developing the professional skills of school psychologists in relation to the phenomenon of violence.- Facilitate knowledge of violent situations suffered by shy, introverted students or those who are afraid to talk face to face about what is happening to them in an innovative way through ChatBoot."
