iBeetle-Base is a public database that provides RNAi phenotype annotations for the red flour beetle (Tribolium castaneum), based on a large-scale gene-knockdown screen. It also offers sequence data for all T. castaneum genes, links to orthologs, and images of observed phenotypes.
