This site is a university repository providing access to the publication output of the institution. The PR2 reference sequence database began as part of the BioMarks project from previous work in the Plankton Group of the Station Biologique of Roscoff. It aims to provide a reference database of carefully annotated 18S rRNA sequences using nine unique taxonomic fields (from domain to species). At present, it contains over 240,000 sequences. Although it focuses on protists, it also contains sequences from metazoa, fungi and plants as well a limited set of 16S sequences from plastids and bacteria. Several metadata fields are available for many sequences, including geo-localisation, whether it originates from a culture or a natural sample, and host type. The annotation of PR2 is performed by experts in each of the taxonomic groups.

The Ocean Data Explorer allows scientists, managers, and the general public to discover and access information including real-time conditions, operational and research forecasts, satellite observations, and other spatially referenced datasets that describe the regional biological, chemical, and physical characteristics. A number of functions are available including custom comparisons of datasets, instrument metadata and provenance information, and dataset download in a variety of formats.

Geochemical Earth Reference Model contains summary data on the geochemistry of all reservoirs in the Earth. All search results are customizable, allowing the user to sort and convert units and to download the data in a format of your choice with one click. This relational database only includes peer-reviewed data.

CoRIS is the Coral Reef Conservation Program's (CRCP) information portal that provides access to NOAA coral reef information and data products with emphasis on the U.S. states, territories and remote island areas. NOAA Coral Reef activities include coral reef mapping, monitoring and assessment; natural and socioeconomic research and modeling; outreach and education; and management and stewardship.

The Rat Genome Database stores genetic, genomic, phenotype, and disease data generated from rat research. It provides access to corresponding data for nine other species, allowing cross-species comparison. Data curation is performed both manually and via an automated pipeline, giving RGD users integrated access to a wide variety of data to support their research.

CORE Scholar is an institutional repository which collects and makes available the scholarly output of WSU faculty, staff, and students as well local, regional, and WSU heritage material. The interface is in English.
