  • The service is provided by The University Library of Tromsø and consists of both IT tools for editorial work, and a support service for editors. The IT tool used (Open Journals System, OJS) is a leader in institution-based publishing and covers both the editorial work processes with a submission and the on-line publishing of the finished article itself. The University Library offers editorial support for establishing a new journal, running support for the editors in using OJS and will work with the editors to ensure an efficient internet distribution of content to relevant search engines and databases to achieve maximum distribution and retrieval. The journal itself has to take all responsibility for the editorial work with manuscripts, peer reviewing and publishing. Septentrio Academic Publishing offers its services provided that publications and all their content is made freely available without any demand that users create accounts, log in or subscribe in order to access content.

  • Co-Action Publishing is an international Open Access scholarly publisher with a portfolio of peer-reviewed journals and books spanning a range of academic disciplines. Registered as a limited liability company in Sweden, Co-Action Publishing is wholly-owned by the three founding partners, Anne Bindslev, Lena Wistrand and Caroline Sutton. Co-Action Publishing was founded in January 2007, making it one of the first Open Access scholarly publishing houses in the world.   • Texts Process (TEP) publishes scientific manuscripts about the language and linguistics of Spanish. In particular, TEP disseminates papers that provide thematic, theoretical, empirical and terminological research-based results within, but not limited to, the area of pragmatics, sociopragmatics, sociocultural pragmatics and discourse analysis. TEP is intended to be an agile channel for the dissemination of results of ongoing research projects, so it specializes in the publication of working papers leading to original research articles. TEP accepts original research articles, working papers, drafts of partial research results, conference presentations, technical reports or research records. All manuscripts are reviewed and approved by members of the Editorial Committee, the Academic Committee and through a double-blind peer-review process involving international experts. TEP publishes one volume per year, with two issues in July and December. TEP is an electronic open access publication without charges of any kind.
