Musicologica Brunensia is a reviewed scholarly journal, published twice a year by Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. It welcomes contributions in Musicology and related disciplines. The journal has been published since 1966. It is a continuation of Series musicologica (H) of Studia minora facultatis philosophicae universitatis Brunensis.

Neograeca Bohemica is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes original and review papers studying Late Byzantium and Modern Greece in a period ranging from 1204 A.D. up to these days. Thematically, it encompasses all fields of Late Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies, including Greek linguistics, literature and Greek history.

Theatralia: Journal of Theatre Studies is a peer reviewed journal of theatre history and theory, issued by the Masaryk University (Department of Theatre Studies, Faculty of Arts) since 2009. The aim of the journal is to explore the previously neglected areas and issues of theatre history and theory, especially with regard to the Czech cultural context. The thematic scope of issued papers covers all the aspects of theatre performance and its production (acting, stage design, etc.), historical and theoretical issues, as well as interdisciplinary topics (e.g. performativity/theatricality). Special importance is assigned to the progressive tendencies in both the practical theatre-making and its theoretical reflection. The individual contributions vary from large-scale analytical studies to minor genres such as book reviews and reports on interesting events to unpublished sources (e.g. archival materials).

Bohemica litteraria is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes original contributions to the field of Czech literature studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics within Czech literature studies, related to literary theory, history and criticism, comparative literature, didactics, cultural and adaptation studies, and others. The journal publishes peer-reviewed studies as well as interviews, reviews of scholarly publications, and reports of significant events in the field and at the Department of Czech Literature.

ProInflow is a peer-reviewed scientific journal focused on information science. The aim of the journal is to promote research and professional activities in the field with an emphasis on quality and free access to the results of these activities. The journal publishes primarily the results of scientific research and original review articles in the transdisciplinary areas of information science. Topics cover various areas of information science with overlaps into disciplines such as librarianship, archiving, museology, information systems, information technology, digital humanities, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, psychology, sociology, cybernetics, ethics, philosophy, and others. ProInflow serves as a tool for scientific communication not only for experts from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also seeks wider international cooperation, and therefore we welcome articles in English as well. In line with the idea of Open Access, readers have unrestricted access to the full texts of individual articles.

Studia historica Brunensia is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. It was established to publish contributions from the fields of Czech and general history (mainly of Central and Eastern Europe), as well as from auxiliary historical sciences and the history of administration. It places emphasis on the authenticity and originality of the contributions which are published. It provides space for publications by established academics as well as by authors who are at the start of their academic careers. The journal is published by Masaryk University (Department of History and Department of Auxiliary Historical Sciences and Archive Studies, Faculty of Arts, MU). It has been published twice a year (June/December) since 2009.

Journal of the Faculty of Education of the Masaryk University in Brno. The reviewed scientific journal is published twice a year since 2009 in cooperation with the University of Wrocław. The goal: Knowing the history and culture of not only the two neighbouring countries - Poland and the Czech Republic, but also the Central and Eastern Europe, Near East and the Middle Asia. Since February 2016, the journal has been included in the prestigious database of scientific journals ERIH PLUS (European Reference Index for the Humanities and the Social Sciences). The journal is included in the Web of Science from 2015.

Linguistica Brunensia is an open-access peer-reviewed scientific journal published since 2009 by Masaryk University in Brno. The journal focuses on general linguistics and publishes articles on key topics related to the structure and use of natural language. It focuses on research based on formal approaches to natural language analysis as well as on descriptions of language phenomena. Both synchronic and diachronic studies from all linguistic subdisciplines are published. Due to the tradition of the journal, we prefer studies based on (i) research on specific languages, especially Slavic languages (with emphasis on Czech), and (ii) studies examining specific languages in a broader typological and the historical-comparative perspective.

Masaryk University Journal of Law and Technology (ISSN on-line 1802-5951, ISSN printed 1802-5943) is a peer-reviewed academic journal which publishes original articles in the field of information and communication technology law. All submissions should deal with phenomena related to law in modern technologies (e.g. privacy and data protection, intellectual property, biotechnologies, cyber security and cyber warfare, energy law). We prefer submissions dealing with contemporary issues.

Discourse and Interaction is a peer-reviewed linguistics journal founded in 2008. The journal is committed to present the outcomes of current research into aspects of negotiation of meaning in English language discourse and related stylistic and socio-pragmatic variation. The study of discourse and interaction is understood as research into language with relevance to real-world problems and its aim is to reveal the stylistic diversity, non-homogeneity, and socio-pragmatic variety of language as these should be reflected in the teaching of English in academic settings.
