EuRBPDB is a comprehensive and user-friendly database for classifying and annotating eukaryotic RNA binding proteins (RBPs) drawn from various public databases. Over 100 eukaryotic species such as human, mouse, fly, worm and yeast are included. EuRBPDB also provides information on known and potential cancer-associated RBPs.

MedPortal is a repository for storing Chinese and English ontologies in the biomedical field. Built using the OntoPortal framework, this repository offers ontology search, browsing, sharing, and semantic annotation. It also provides various forms of ontology and terminology reuse through an API.

The Date Palm Resequence Database (DRDB) is an online genomic resource database for date palm. It was created to distinguish different sub-types of date palms and mine genetic variation of interest. The DRDB includes SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) and SSRs (short sequence repeats) from 62 date palm cultivars. Also included are pre-calculated SNPs and SSRs markers for classification and diversity; PCR primers for SNPs and SSRs markers; information on the phylogenetic relationships of all cultivars and their geographic distribution; and coding SNPs and their effects on amino acids.

The European Virus Archive (EVA) project is a comprehensive resource that enhances global virology research by providing access to a vast collection of virus strains, derived material and services. This initiative aims to support the scientific community by facilitating the sharing of high-quality virological materials. EVA serves as a critical infrastructure for public health and research institutions worldwide, enabling rapid response to emerging viral threats and fostering advancements in virology research.

This resource is a collection of all proteins identified to be localized on kinetochore, centrosome, midbody, telomere and spindle from two fungi (S. cerevisiae and S. pombe) and five animals, including C. elegans, D. melanogaster, X. laevis, M. musculus and H. sapiens based on the rationale of "Seeing is believing" (Bloom K et al., 2005). Through ortholog searches, the proteins potentially localized at these sub-cellular regions were detected in 144 eukaryotes. Then the integrated and searchable database MiCroKiTS - Midbody, Centrosome, Kinetochore, Telomere and Spindle has been established. Currently, the MiCroKiTS 4.0 database was updated on Sep. 6, 2014, containing 87,983 unique protein entries.

The database of human DNA Methylation and Cancer (MethyCancer) is developed to study interplay of DNA methylation, gene expression and cancer. It hosts both highly integrated data of DNA methylation, cancer-related gene, mutation and cancer information from public resources, and the CpG Island (CGI) clones derived from our large-scale sequencing.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) represent recently discovered novel regulatory non-coding RNAs. While they are present in many eukaryotes, there has been limited research on plant circRNAs. We developed PlantCircRNA (https://plant.deepbiology.cn/PlantCircRNA/) to fill this gap. The two most important features of PlantCircRNA are (1) it incorporates circRNAs from 94 plant species based on 39,245 RNA-sequencing samples, and (2) it imports the original AtCircDB and CropCircDB databases. We manually curated all circRNAs from published articles, and imported them into the database. Furthermore, we added detailed information of tissue as well as abiotic stresses to the database. To help users understand these circRNAs, the database includes a detection score to measure their consistency and a naming system following the guidelines recently proposed for eukaryotes. Finally, we developed a comprehensive platform for users to visualize, analyze, and download data regarding specific circRNAs. This resource will serve as a home for plant circRNAs and provide the community with unprecedented insights into these mysterious molecule.
