  • Dolbico, the Database Of Local Biomolecular Conformers, stores DNA structural data including the information about DNA local spatial arrangement. The main aim of Dolbico is the exploration of DNA structure at a local level. The analysis of local DNA structure is based on a classification system that uses 9 torsional angles (7 backbone angles and two glycosidic torsions) to categorize dinucleotides into several distinct conformational families. The implemented classification workflow is able not only to classify dinucleotides into already existing classes, but is also able to discover new classes in new solved DNA structures.

  • It includes all public data submitted to ECHA in REACH registration dossiers by substance manufacturers, importers, or their representatives, as laid out by the REACH Regulation (see Understanding REACH regulation). ECHA CHEM is ECHA’s new public chemicals database, launched in early 2024. Initially, it only includes information from the REACH portion of the old knowledgebase. Over the coming years, ECHA will gradually transfer the rest of the data it makes publicly available from their current locations. During the transition, users may need to consult both ECHA CHEM and the former platform. The URL to the old database is available under the 'Data Processes and Conditions' section of this record.

  • TeloBase is a curated database containing computationally predicted and experimentally confirmed telomere sequences of species across the whole tree of life. It contains information from the literature (1978 – September 2022) and predicted telomere motifs from publicly available NGS data stored in the SRA database (NCBI) and user submitted data. TeloBase is supplemented by internal taxonomy utilizing popular on-line taxonomic resources that enables in-house data filtration and graphical visualisation of telomere DNA evolutionary dynamics in the form of heat tree plots. Its manual and other relevant data (raw results from NGS data analysis and Atlas of telomere sequences) can be accessed on https://www.ceitec.eu/chromatin-molecular-complexes/rg51/tab?tabId=125#TeloBase.

  • ASPicDB is a database designed to provide access to reliable annotations of the alternative splicing pattern of human genes, obtained by ASPic algorithm (T. Castrignano' et al. 2006) and Pintron algorithm (Y. Pirola et al. 2012), and to the functional annotation of predicted isoforms.
