The Agronomic Linked Data (AgroLD) is a knowledge-based system relying on Semantic Web technologies and exploiting standard domain ontologies, which integrates data about plant species of high interest for the plant science community. AgroLD is an RDF knowledge base of 100M triples created by annotating and integrating more than 50 datasets from 10 data sources and linked using 10 ontologies.

ArchDB is a compilation of structural classifications of loops extracted from known protein structures. The structural classification is based on the geometry and conformation of the loop. The geometry is defined by four internal variables and the type of regular flanking secondary structures, resulting in 10 different loop types. Loops in ArchDB have been classified using an improved version (Espadaler et al.) of the original ArchType program published in 1997 by Oliva et al.

YeastIP is a gene database for the molecular taxonomy and phylogeny of yeasts. It contains the major barcodes of all the species of the subphylum Saccharomycotina, tools to establish the identification of yeasts to the species level, and associated phylogenetic relationships. The YeastIP database offers easy and immediate access to the type strain or representative strain sequences of each species. In addition, associated information is available in a simple, clear interface, with expert-validated sequences. YeastIP allows easy retrieval of these sequences through the use of a search tool. YeastIP was developed with the intention of helping both nonspecialists and taxonomists to establish rapid identification and phylogenetic reconstruction.

Anses (The French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety) undertakes monitoring, expert assessment, research and reference activities in a broad range of topics that encompass human health, animal health and well-being, and plant health. It offers a cross-cutting perspective on health issues by assessing health risks and benefits, often through the prism of the human and social sciences. Its monitoring, vigilance and surveillance work provides input for risk assessment. The Agency also assesses the effectiveness and risks of veterinary medicinal products, plant protection products, fertilisers, growing media and their adjuvants, as well as biocides, with a view to delivering marketing authorisations. It also provides assessments of chemicals within the framework of the European REACh regulations. HAL- Anses is an institutional repository allowing for the filing and consultation of all of the scientific production produced by the Agency's researchers and scientific evaluators: this area includes "traditional" research materials (articles, communication concerning congresses, posters, research reports, etc.) as well as documents pertaining to the evaluation of risks, including the reports produced by Anses following the requests that it receives from its guardian ministries, from approved consumer organisations or from its own self-requests. Moreover, all of the notices and reports produced by the Agency since it was created are now available on-line in full-text form on the Anses website.

The French Center for Socio-Political Data is jointly operated and financed by Sciences Po, one of the leading SSH French universities, and the French Center for National Research (CNRS). Acting since 2005 as a Support and Research Unit (UAR), one of the center’s main missions has been to serve the French and international SSH communities by facilitating the reuse of surveys and data, both quantitative and qualitative, in the fields of sociology and political science. The main themes of the CDSP data repository, called “Banque de données of the CDSP” are: political attitudes and behaviour, gender, family, immigration, school, health, cultural practices, new technologies, etc. The CDSP Databank is CoreTrustSeal certified. The CDSP operates a manual curation of the data up to the level of the variable, using the Data Documentation Initiative (DDI) standard. The CDSP is one of the authoritative data sources concerning French elections, providing ballot results 1958 to 2012, making them available both to the research community and to the general public. The center also curates SSH surveys like, for example, the French data of the Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES). Data collected with the online probabilistic French panel managed by the CDSP, ELIPSS (Longitudinal Internet Studies for Social Sciences) are also curated and disseminated in the Banque de données of the CDSP for the scientific community. The Banque de données of the CDSP’s data is referenced on the French ISIDORE portal, on the European CESSDA Data Catalog and on OpenAire|Explore.
