The database centralizes data produced by national or international reference organizations on chemical substances and provides detailed information on their toxicological, ecotoxicological, and physicochemical properties as well as technical and economic data, and the main applicable regulations. Please note that this resource is mainly in French, and has been assessed by our in-house team partially via automated translations.

One of the aims of the SIFR project is to implement a semantic annotation tool for biomedical data in French. To achieve this, we rely on a portal of French-language biomedical ontologies and terminologies. Note from the FAIRsharing team: we have classified the status of this resource as 'uncertain' because its accessibility appears to be inconsistent. We are actively reaching out to the resource owners to determine whether this is a temporary issue or if the resource is no longer actively maintained.

The Human Organ Atlas provides Hierarchical Phase-Contrast Tomography images of human anatomy from the micron to whole organ scale. Human tissue is inherently hierarchical and multiscale with cells, tissues and organs organised into specific structures at each of the levels.

The Viral Host Range database (VHRdb) represents a unique resource for the community to rapidly find, document analyze and disseminate data related to the range of hosts that a virus can infect. Over the years, countless host range experiments have been performed in many laboratories. However, these data are not readily available to the community and are therefore underexploited. The VHRdb is an online resource that centralizes experimental data related to the host range of viruses. While it originates from bacteriophages and bacteria interaction studies, its design is compatible with viruses infecting all living forms. Users can browse publicly available data to find which host is infected by a virus, and vice versa. Users can also upload their own data, with the option to keep it private or make it public, analyze results across independent sets of data, generate and visualize outputs. Data implemented in the VHRdb are linked to users and, if available, to publications and sequence identifiers. The VHRdb is an initiative from the Debarbieux lab and is developed and maintained in collaboration with the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub of Institut Pasteur. The World Meteorological Organisation (WMO)-Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) Joint Centre for Oceanography and Marine Meteorology in situ Observations Programmes Support (OceanOPS, formerly named JCOMMOPS), provides a data portal to access integrated information, maps and tools to help coordinate and monitor global ocean observation efforts. The global ocean observing system provides millions of observations via OceanOPS to a rapidly growing number of users and stakeholders, including most major ocean, weather, and climate prediction centers worldwide. The analyses, forecasts, and products based on these ocean observations are relevant to a number of socio-economic sectors, especially in marine transportation, coastal communities, climate, agriculture, and healthy oceans.
