  • Archaeologia historica is a prestigious peer-reviewed professional journal publishing original studies focused on archaeology of the Middle Ages and the early modern age including the 17th century, and on associated disciplines. In the sections Zprávy (Reports) and Kronika (Chronicle) it informs in brief about new publications, conferences, exhibitions and significant personalities. The journal, originally periodical proceedings of national and international conferences on medieval archaeology, was established in 1976 under the auspices of the Museum and Local History Society in Brno. It was in 2007 (after the death of Prof. PhDr. Vladimír Nekuda, DrSc., founder of the whole editorial series) that Prof. PhDr. Zdeněk Měřínský, CSc., vice-chairman of the Museum and Local History Society, was appointed editor-in-chief by the Board of the Museum and Local History Society in Brno, and editorial works were taken over by the Department of Archaeology and Museology, Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University in Brno.

  • Cyberpsychology: Journal of Psychosocial Research on Cyberspace is a diamond open access, online, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Masaryk University. The journal is focused on social science research about cyberspace. It brings psychosocial reflections of the impact of the Internet on people and society. The journal is interdisciplinary, publishing works written by scholars of psychology, media studies, communication science, sociology, political science, ICT security, organizational psychology and also other disciplines with relevance to psychosocial aspects of cyberspace. It disseminates peer-reviewed articles in all aspects of nonsmooth analysis relevant to optimization and equilibrium problems such as analysis of infinite-dimensional algorithms for nonsmooth optimization and equilibrium problems, in particular in function spaces, necessary and sufficient optimality conditions based on generalized derivatives, stability properties – including regularization theory – of nonsmooth optimization and equilibrium problems, solution properties such as preservation of continuity or discontinuity properties of problem data, problem reformulations such as convex relaxation and lifting, optimization of variational inequalities and nonsmooth equations, bi- and multilevel optimization, robust and chance-constrained optimization.
