  • LNCipedia is a database for human long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcripts and genes. In addition to basic transcript information and gene structure, several statistics are determined for each entry in the database, such as secondary structure information, protein coding potential and microRNA binding sites. Available literature on specific lncRNAs is linked, and users or authors can submit articles through a web interface. LNCipedia is publicly available and allows users to query and download lncRNA sequences and structures based on different search criteria. Please note that, while searching and download of this repository is available, the last release was in 2018.

  • The Belgium Biodiversity Platform hosts this data repository on behalf of BioFresh in collaboration with the GBIF Secretariat, built using an installation of the GBIF Integrated Publishing Toolkit (IPT). Biofresh is an EU-funded international project that aims to build a global information platform for scientists and ecosystem managers with access to all available databases describing the distribution, status and trends of global freshwater biodiversity. BioFresh integrates the freshwater biodiversity competencies and expertise of 19 research institutions.

  • This site is a university repository providing access to the publication output of the institution. Registered users can set up email alerts to notify them of newly added relevant content. The material reflects the principal interests of the institution and as such focuses on areas including material research, chemistry, applied mathematics and computer science. While much of the material is available as Open Access full-text, some is presented in summary/abstract form only. The size value shown here relates to all records, not full-text only. The site interface is available in English, Dutch, French and German and includes RSS feeds to alert users to new content.
