Journal of Culture and Values in Education (JCVE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic e-journal for cultural and educational research. The aim of the journal is to promote the work of academic researchers in the humanities, cultural studies and education.

Established in 1996, the Journal of Statistical Software publishes articles, book reviews, code snippets, and software reviews on the subject of statistical software and algorithms. The contents are freely available on-line. For both articles and code snippets the source code is published along with the paper. Statistical software is the key link between statistical methods and their application in practice. Software that makes this link is the province of the journal, and may be realized as, for instance, tools for large scale computing, database technology, desktop computing, distributed systems, the World Wide Web, reproducible research, archiving and documentation, and embedded systems. We attempt to present research that demonstrates the joint evolution of computational and statistical methods and techniques. Implementations can use languages such as C, C++, S, Fortran, Java, PHP, Python and Ruby or environments such as Mathematica, MATLAB, R, S-PLUS, SAS, Stata, and XLISP-STAT.

Co-Action Publishing is an international Open Access scholarly publisher with a portfolio of peer-reviewed journals and books spanning a range of academic disciplines. Registered as a limited liability company in Sweden, Co-Action Publishing is wholly-owned by the three founding partners, Anne Bindslev, Lena Wistrand and Caroline Sutton. Co-Action Publishing was founded in January 2007, making it one of the first Open Access scholarly publishing houses in the world. Texts Process (TEP) publishes scientific manuscripts about the language and linguistics of Spanish. In particular, TEP disseminates papers that provide thematic, theoretical, empirical and terminological research-based results within, but not limited to, the area of pragmatics, sociopragmatics, sociocultural pragmatics and discourse analysis. TEP is intended to be an agile channel for the dissemination of results of ongoing research projects, so it specializes in the publication of working papers leading to original research articles. TEP accepts original research articles, working papers, drafts of partial research results, conference presentations, technical reports or research records. All manuscripts are reviewed and approved by members of the Editorial Committee, the Academic Committee and through a double-blind peer-review process involving international experts. TEP publishes one volume per year, with two issues in July and December. TEP is an electronic open access publication without charges of any kind.

ERLACS – European Review of Latin American and Caribbean Studies is an Open Access, scientific journal. It publishes peer-reviewed articles in English and Spanish. Contributions reflect substantial empirical research and/or are theoretically innovative with respect to major debates within social science research (understood in the broadest sense, including history and economics) on Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition to research articles, ERLACS includes 'Explorations' (a section in which new themes are presented and new debates are stimulated), review essays, book reviews, and film reviews. Articles are published online soon after they have been accepted.

Labyrinth: An International Journal for Philosophy, Value Theory and Sociocultural Hermeneutics is published since 1999 by the Institute for Axiological Research / Institut für Axiologische Forschungen (Vienna). From 1999 till 2002 it was an on-line journal, thereafter it was published in printed volumes. It is actually both, a printed academic journal, available for purchase, and a Platinum Open Access journal. It is published twice a year, in late Summer and in December. As a nonpartisan philosophical and interdisciplinary journal Labyrinth is engaged in publication of high-quality peer-reviewed academic articles, critical essays, interviews and book reviews. Although it is focused on philosophy and on axiology, i.e. on the philosophy and theory of values and their sociocultural contexts, it is also open to related issues in all fields of the humanities and the social sciences with a special emphasis on critical thinking, social controversies and conflict resolution, interfaith dialogue, intercultural and cross-cultural communication, gender studies and managing diversity.

Research in Social Sciences and Technology (RESSAT) is a double-blind peer-reviewed scholarly online journal in the social sciences, technology, and their impact on education.
