Creativity Nest

Description

CONTEXTThrough the Covid-19 pandemic, problems and effects emerge that do not choose a group or social context.Creativity Nest urges to address the problem of social exclusion and youth unemployment as a consequence of the absence of key competences for lifelong learning and creative and entrepreneurial competences. It is essential to intervene preventively and in a phase of transition to the labour market, in order to limit the perpetuation of perverse effects, since the gaps that exist in the young group in the period of transition to the labour market, without intervention, will be continued throughout adult life. Excluded and unemployed, or integrated into precarious jobs and without appreciation of potential, or in situations of professional instability, young people lose motivation to seek opportunities and to invest in solutions for their future.OBJECTIVES- Promote the empowerment of young people, through the development of key, creative and entrepreneurial competences and the exploitation of personal and professional talent and ambition;- Promote the empowerment of youth workers, through the transfer of new knowledge, practices, methodologies and methods of working with and for young people in the spectrum of creative and entrepreneurial education;- Promote the creative and entrepreneurial potential of young people, through the incorporation of innovative, appealing and complementary non-formal methods to the formal educational path in order to contribute to the integrated development of young people;- Promote social inclusion, including underrepresented groups, by creating empowerment opportunities.PROFILE1.
