In the educational sector, interest in the technology is constantly rising. The impact of 3D projects on student learning shows that students develop a number of skills, including not only 3D modelling and technology literacy, but also so-called soft skills, such as creativity, problem-solving, self-directed learning, critical thinking, and perseverance. PROJECT IDEAOur idea is to take a further step in 3D education at school by making use of technology to explore European and local history and cultural heritage. We want to raise the interest of upper grade pupils in the historical landmarks in their surroundings and develop their creativity by presenting the archaeological objects through modern technologies. This way we will also respond to the need of up-to-date methodologies for the integration of STEAM into content of other subjects. PARTNERSHIPSeven organizations from three countries: Lithuania, Slovenia and Romania, which represent school education, non-formal education, business and non-governmental sectors, have built a partnership based on cross-sectoral cooperation, in order to come up with innovative solutions for the reinforcement of creativity. OBJECTIVESBased on the context of the project and the needs of the target groups, partner consortium has set a goal to develop creative skills among upper grade pupils (age 15-19) and to strengthen competencies of history, art, social science, IT and technology teachers by developing and implementing an innovative training tool to respond to the lack of educational resources for the integration of history and technology. The objectives of the project are to:1. Develop a ReCreate History 3D: Game Design, Virtual Reality and Storytelling training tool consisting of lesson materials, teacher’s guidelines and recommendations on the use of the tool.2. Pilot the product in partner countries for its assessment and improvement.3. Provide competence development for teachers as key actors in the implementation and sustainability of the produced intellectual output in partner and associated organizations.4. Engage target group pupils in exciting educational activities to stimulate their creativity, develop technological, personal and social skills, and enhance interest in history.5. Disseminate the project’s intellectual output across school education, governmental, non-governmental, youth and other sectors.ACTIVITIES-Development of ReCreate History 3D: Game Design, Virtual Reality and Storytelling training tool.-Delivering training for teachers from partner and associated organisations. -Testing and validating the methodology with target group pupils at partner schools in three partner countries. -Implementation of a product quality and skill development research to collect feedback from the testing activities for the upgrade of the lesson materials.-Presentation of the project’s results at local, regional, national and European levels.RESULTSThe activities will lead to the following tangible results: -An innovative ReCreate History 3D: Game Design, Virtual Reality and Storytelling training tool. -At least 500 virtual learners (including both teachers and students) registered on project’s website play.gaminu.eu.-At least 15 target group teachers and 150 target group pupils involved in intellectual output testing activities at 3 partner schools.-At least 3 cultural heritage objects from Lithuania, Slovenia and Romania represented in pupils’ projects. -At least 90 learners, teachers, policy makers, industry representatives involved in multiplier events in 3 partner countries. -1 transnational staff training event and 4 transnational partner meetings.Non-tangible results:-Increase of skills and competences of partners’ staff and collaborators.-Increase of skills and competences of target group pupils and teachers.-Better awareness of innovative ways to understand and display cultural heritage through new technologies. -Expansion of formal and non-formal educational offer for partner and associated organizations. IMPACT AND SUSTAINABILITYTeachers will enhance skills related to technological tools and implementation of relevant education methods. Pupils will develop innovator skills such as creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, artistry, innovation, initiative, and others. The project will provide an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and networking between educational institutions and cultural organizations, such as libraries, museums, cultural centers, etc. Intellectual output will be of benefit to other organizations for similar activities at local, regional, national and European levels.

Led by Dacorum CVS (UK) the project also brings together partners from Austria, Greece, Lithuania, Romania and Spain to share their knowledge and expertise to create innovative training products which combine together the topics of language learning, cookery and inter-cultural dialogue. The project is aimed at adult learning providers and community development agencies and will provide new tools they can use to enable learners to enhance their learning outcome and through this role in the workplace and local society. There is recognition that when you engage and motivate adult learners the individual results they achieve are at a higher level than would have otherwise been possible. Motivation leads to increased knowledge, increased levels of confidence, increased skill sets, increased social contacts and in addition for migrants an increased sense of being part of the community in which they are now living. Each partner to this proposal has seen in their own delivery the positive results that come from engaged motivated learners. In all subjects taught to adult learners there is the potential to motivate learners. The quality of teaching is one aspect, as is the ambience of the training room and the how the lesson plan is created / delivered. Some subjects lend themselves more to engaging learners and partners have seen cookery and inter-cultural exchange as ones with positive potential. The level of results achieved has a relationship with how the lesson is delivered. What works well could work even better and we always strive for improvement.Partners have come together in this proposal to strive for that improvement through the creation of innovative ways in combining the delivery of language learning and embedding basic skills through the medium of cookery and intercultural dialogue. The latter achieves best results when exchanging all the cultures represented in the classroom setting, whilst cookery can broaden horizons through sharing traditional recipes whilst underpinning key messages around local sourced food and healthy eating. This provides an environmental and health & wellbeing dimension, as well as providing a way into active citizenship. The project will create a portfolio of training materials, guidelines, handbooks and online resources for organisations and adult trainers to draw upon to enhance the delivery of their lessons. They will be written from the perspective of delivery within the setting of language learning for speakers of other languages, whilst at the same time recognising the potential for transferability to other course topics. The adult trainers are the prime project beneficiaries, with through course material delivery migrant communities being the ultimate beneficiaries, though the wider population also benefits through participation in cookery and cultural exchange.

PREDICT CSD CONSULTING S.R.L.,BFU,Yaşar University,CSI CENTER FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION LTD,FH JOANNEUM GESELLSCHAFT M.B.H.Funder: European Commission Project Code: 2019-1-BG01-KA204-062331Funder Contribution: 113,322 EURThe project MISSILE is focused on extremely hot topic, developing key competencies, related to awareness about the information security vulnerabilities, threats and countermeasures. The main goal of the project is to develop a methodology for raising awareness of the information security vulnerabilities, threats and security solutions through learning and training and therefore increase overall security level of users and organizations. It can be achieved by the following objectives: - to define user needs and requirements in the field of the information security training; - to develop a concept for information security training, covering the major issues regarding the contemporary information security issues; - to develop platform, which represents an actual implementation and actualizes the created methodology in a feasible and reliable way; - to create learning materials, related to information security issues, social engineering, users’ beliefs and understandings about sensitive data and information security, as well as selecting and applying properly defined security policies, mechanisms and countermeasures; - to conduct effective valorisation of the created concept and its realization by conducting of piloting with a selected target group of users.By basing our solution into iterative working platform and user trials, we will push our system into piloting for testing and evaluating the created methodology. Apart from the innovative methodology for information security training and learning, we also foresee the formulation and exploitation of security and awareness training methods’ synergies as a major outcome of the MISSILE project. This view is supported by our approach to allow dynamic definition of training and learning and by enabling novel methodology ahead of the state of the art.The MISSILE information security and awareness training / learning strategy is properly designed to have a multi-purposed impact, by (directly or indirectly) affecting the:- creating new ideas and practical results in science;- development of a methodology for training / learning in the field of information security;- reaching a wide public of specialists and non-specialists and new audiences at both European and local levels;- ensuring visibility across Europe, covering different countries and languages;- ensuring further dissemination and strong follow-up.
