It is thought, in fact, that the acquisition of this know-how can be an excellent basis for the start of autonomous activities.The specific objectives are:1) Transfer to new mothers the know-how to orient themselves in the world of project management applied to Eu funding.2) Promote, support and encourage the start-up of self-entrepreneurship and remote work.3) Provide a permanent space for discussion and sharing of good practices.The expected results are1) Start-up of new (autonomous) businesses for new mothers in the field of Project management2) Implementation of a network of professional mothers at European level.On the one hand, mothers are prepared, competent and ready to take action in this area. On the other hand, institutions that need professionals at their side to obtain contributions from the European Commission. Our task is to bring them together, to stimulate them, to ensure the effectiveness and professionalism of the work to be carried out.The project involves 5 organisations from countries participating in the programme and 1 partner country (North Macedonia) also involves 12 participants with fewer opportunities and includes 2 international meetings and 2 team building. A web portal will be created that will work even after the end of the project.

SOS Europa wants to involve European and Non-European partners in a project of education for young people with the aim of improving their skills and experiences as youth workers.For reinforcing international values like peace, coexistence between people, tolerance, sustainable development it is important to create awareness of that values across borders and populations, giving young people the occasion to grow up without looking at walls and edges as limits and giving them the awareness that it is possible acting on society for positive development.For reaching this aim, it is fundamental developing education of youth workers in all ways and creating a good and efficient network of youth workers across different countries. It will help new generations in being active in political and social life of their countries, of Europe and of International Community.So, the scope of the project is to increase leadership of youth workers, through exchange of good practices between European and Non-European organisations and associations: for reaching these objectives, the project will start with a Kick Off Meeting, will see the organisation of at least two international encounters for young participants from all organisations involved (in particular, a training course and a youth exchange), and will end with a Closing Meeting for Capacity building. During project phases each partner will manage some local activities especially focused on spreading values of the project and dissemination.The idea about the theme of the proposal was born looking at how, for non-profit organisations in general, and for organisations involved in European project in particular, is becoming fundamental give to their members and to young volunteer in general an efficient education about youth work.For create efficient path of education in this field is fundamental creating a solid network between organisations from different countries and the created consortium is the best one for the proposal. All organisations have great backgrounds and skilled staffs in the field of youth and non-formal education, and are also very experienced in organising local and international projects.

Therefore this project will aim directly on enhancing good democracy, good governance and human rights in each of the partner countries thus promoting professionalism and editorial independence. As part of the project, group of reporters from Ghana, India, Italy, Estonia, Greece and North Macedonia will attend a long training and support giving them opportunity to gain specific knowledge, skills, attitude and support equipping them to become gender sensitive reporters in the world.These reporters will be acting as public opinion makers in their local communities while sending messages in their environments in their local languages so they are accessible to each person and thus working on fighting gender based stereotypes and prejudices, and concretely discrimination of women.This project works directly on encouraging young people and women through the use of media and media tools, that can be used both on international and local level, which directly makes this project to target multiple target communities.In the same time, this project will make participants projects more visible, more gender sensitive, innovative through the use of online media, and make them pioneers in working on gender sensitiveness and equality.

Develop methods of intervention against the phenomenon to be transferred to the learners.<< Implementation >>The activities implemented will be:1. Training cours to improve the digital skills of trainers in identifying the phenomena of homo-transphobic cyberbullying;2. Workshop for the creation of specific intervention guidelines against the phenomena identified to be transferred to the learners.<< Results >>Thanks to the training course, there will be a 60% improvement in skills on the part of trainers and the creation of a community of permanent exchange between sector operators and 7 video-tutorials relating to digital identification tools.Through the second activity, ie the workshop, specific digital intervention guidelines will be developed and trainers will feel more ready by at least 50% than before, in transferring intervention guidelines to learners."
