Abstract
A brief introduction to the development of Nadar Gin (and Nadar vodka) by Arbikie Distillery (Scotland) in collaboration with Abertay University, and the James Hutton Institute. Nadar Gin is the worlds first climate-positive spirit, and it was made using 100% peas.
